food was just OK we had chips and dip which was free with the rewards and salsa was pretty decent. otherwise burger was pretty mid and fries too. hair on both our plates... is there no hair nets in the kitchen? maybe servers should have em too. Anyway I didn't bring the hairs up and we just left after. first time in a chili's in years and no reason to go back when I've never had an issue at Applebee's.

If I could give zero stars i would thee worst service the food was burnt and cold my wife's food we sent back because it was burnt sent back the waitress did not come and asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks never came back we talked to a manager and she says to my wife do you want a dessert and she says do you want something else she said no the manager said we had to go buy the quesidilla because they didn't have them should the server be aware of that got my food got v a trio dipper both my sliders were burnt and they were only half never will be back

For our first time at this restaurant it wasn't the best. My meal had to be remade and by the time is was brought back out everyone else was finished. Food took forever, I understand it was busy but as a restaurant that's expected. I won't be going back.

Came in with the family for lunch and the staff were pretty pleasant to deal with and took out orders quick and with ease. We all got variations of the 3 for me meals. The salads were pretty good, that the person that doesn't even eat salads didn't leave a single piece and the soup was devoured. The spoon that was given for the soup came out dirty but was quickly replaced with plastic and a clean metal one. Waiter was the best. The main courses were all delicious, from the quesadilla to the chicken bowl. I personally went with the triple dipper and the crispers were amazing as always. The two sauces they use to drench them in are just perfectly done and delicious. Went with the mozzarella planks and the sauce just didn't go well so I left some the rest there. Had to knock a star for the floor being a bit dirty on the side of the restaurant that was being unused at the time. Other than that the meal was superb and will definitely be back to this Chili's when I'm in the area.

Went to Chillies tonight with a party of four to watch the Eagles playoff game. A man was behind the bar serving us when the game started for a while. The bar was completely empty. A shift change winded up happening around the third quarter. At this point there is my party of four and two couples on each side of the bar. Eight people total at the bar and my party was getting completely ignored by the new bartender Shamiah. My husband waited over ten minutes trying to get her attention for another beer. She never once introduced herself or asked if we needed anything. Our empty beer glasses sat at the head of the bar for a long time. She only would serve the other two couples at the bar. Finally we had enough and checked out on the tablet and left. The entire restaurant was not busy at all. She also kept purposely disappearing into the back for long periods of time leaving the bar unattended. When she would return she would ask everyone expect us if they needed another drink or anything else. Completely unexceptional and unprofessional. We left during a playoff game because of her terrible and extremely rude service.

We asked for a table for 4 and were seated at a table with 3 chairs and thought they were grabbing a chair for us but instead were told to go grab our own chair from another table and so long of a wait for the food and food was not good.
