one star messed up my sister’s order her food took 40 minutes to arrive and it was cooked horribly. i expected better from chilles you guys definitely have to fix this.

This place gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. DO NOT EAT THE SALADS. They obviously aren’t storing or washing their lettuce correctly. I had to miss work and really thought I was dieing because I ate here. Stay away.

So I went and got the ultimate cajun pasta and the crispy crisper combos right and I order a coke and they gave me a straw and not my coke like what I payed for the coke
Food was just ok. Nothing mind blowing. The table we sat at sucked. It was one of those little side tables that should never be used for a dinner. We had no where to put our dishes and because we tried a few things, we had stuff all over the place.
Though the service was excellent, the food came out so fast, I wasn't done with my appetizers. We literally got our food shortly after. Most places I eat at pace your food. This wasn't the case here. Because of this experience, I'll always tell whatever server I get to please pace our food so this never happens again. Retire those little tables for appetizers only....that part was horrible.

My partner and I have been here several times now, and the food is always good. Every time we do the 3 for me deal, and for less than $30 we are so full we do the penguin walk out.
Place is always clean and staff is always kind. You will notice a definite difference in experiences based on your waiter/waitress, but that’s just because one guy there is always like - above and beyond and always on the ball with timing and attentiveness. He once gave us extra salsa and chips to take home as leftovers, just again - above and beyond. Last time before I was even done eating, my plate was already grabbed and they didn’t offer boxes for leftovers and I suddenly realized the other guy was just the king of customer service.
All in all, I love going here. And that one dude rules.
