One other person in front of us and there was only one employee. It took more than 15 minutes. So we left and got ice cream some place else.

Absolutely awful service. Waited forever to order and then the ice cream was completely freezer burnt. Asked for a different sundae to hopefully get something actually edible and they refused to give any replacement. No apology or anything. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again!

Used to love coming here but they now have people lining up in the parking lot instead of to the side like they used to. I will only come when it's really late so I know I dont have to stand in a bust lot with my kid. If it is busy late I will dri e to another stand that feels safer then standing in the lot
