The employees here at this location are rude and obnoxious to a fault. One of the servers actually refused to make my iced coffee one day when I went through the drive-thru. So petty and disrespectful. And by the way, do not bother complaining to the franchise mgr or corporate; your complaint will fall on deaf ears.

Charge me for cold foam then tell me it’s a Dunkin rule they can’t put it on my hot coffee why charge me for it and 2 it’s pure laziness to not reach in the fridge and grab it if I’m paying $1.50 to have it then I should be aloud it have it on any drink

The servers are very rude. Today on 06/27 I was placing my order and then I was screamed at over the mic. I did nothing wrong but order my stuff. I guess he didn't want to place my order. I don't appreciate being talk to you like that. You don't like your job get another one. It ain't my fault you're working there.

Worst dunkin location I've ever been to. Absolutely no reason to go here when Wawa is right across the street. They're really rude at this location and are constantly out of stock of products. I'm not really sure that they understand what a donut is because last time I asked what donuts they had they just said "cream cheese". That's not a donut. I legitimately think they need to close down and let a good business have their location.

Parking: There's typically always parking available although the difficulty of parking in the design and size of the lot would probably make me choose the drive through if that wasn't already my ideal method of visiting Dunkin.
Stopped by at 4am today for my first time ever. Person there didn't speak one kind word. No thank you, you're welcome or anything of the sort. When I asked him to repeat what he said, his response still wasn't clear but much louder.
Understand this, I respect the fact English isn't your first language and you are much better at speaking English than I do any of the other thousands of languages, but I'm not hard of hearing and you near yelling only makes you sound rude.
When someone says may I have a receipt, grunting some one syllable noise as a response is also rude.
With all the people you deal with on a daily basis, I would expect you to at least be civil and learn "thank you". If it's your job you hate, get a new job and take your hate elsewhere.

I went into this morning. I felt like I was being rushed by the gentleman that was those register. He seem to be bothered every time I added some more to my order I asked him for a toasted bagel. I did not get toasted which I cannot eat without it being toasted, The service customer service was horrible. I wasn’t pleased will not go to Dunkin’ Donuts again it’s not the first time the first time but I wanted to give it a try again again, but will not be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts again
