Ordered and payed for a hot dog. After the Transaction was completed i was advised they do not have hot dog rolls. I was not given the option to get a refund or choose another menu item, I had to take it on a hamburger roll or they can “just put it into a bowl”. Customer service attitude way below standards for the amount of money they charge. This is a one and done for me. I will not be back to that location.

COLD FOOD. Worst Five Guys I ever visited. Jan 12, 2026 at 7:30 pm. Burgers ok, just barely warm, slab of cold unmelted cheese on both burgers. Fries were just barely warm. Why when you have only 3 tables and no wait. Won't be back to this Five Guys. COLD FOOD doesn't work for us!!! CONTACTED CORPERATE at their request. Spent $31.76 and they want to just REPLACE the FRIES!! NO WAY. NEVER AGAIN FIVE GUYS!! KEEP your cold fries and Burgers.

Just left this location and could not believe what I paid for . A regular fry is $6.30 and if you’ve been to five guys you know you get a bang for your buck with the fries . I got approximately 15 fries for $6.30 . Get real . I will NOT be returning until they change their fry delivery back to the way it was . And to the cashiers that thought it was okay to serve this for the amount paid is idiotic .

Don’t bother ordering delivery. They’ll cancel your order no reason. How are you gonna say you’re closed at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon? Trash burgers. Lazy workers. Must suck to leave work smelling like onions and grease everyday.
I went to Five Guys on 10/11/25 after late night shopping with my husband. Every worker that night was good! But what stood out to me was these two girls working, one of them took the time to explain the whole menu to me because it was my first time. The other girl which seemed to be the manager was very verbal while making the orders and was very attentive to everyone who seemed to be waiting on their order. 10/10 would come back for a second time!!

I always love getting some Five Guys. Burgers were amazing, like always. The girl at the register was so kind too! The only gripe i have is that the ketchup pump was empty and a lot of the other packet condiments were missing.
