So I ordered 2 separate orders tonight around 8:30 pm and they close at 10 pm . Only the drive through was opened. So when my husband brought the food home, large wedges, large coleslaw and 4 biscuits were missing so I called the store 3 times.. no one picked up the phone so I sent my husband back and when he reached there they admitted they were out of coleslaw, biscuits and wedges. Why can’t you make more when you have a few more hours left ?? They should have told my husband when he was picking up the food or compensated with something else if they were out of it .. why do we have to go back and forth 15 mins drive each way just for the sides which was their mistake.. Very bad service! Management are you listening??

Never really prepared or ready. Instead of saying anything, they cancel orders. Very annoying and frustrating to deal with. As a fast food restaurant, you gotta stay prepared and they seem to never have that ready energy.
