The staff was rude. They refused to make substitutions on things and this is something I've done at several KFC's across the country. They were just tossing food in the boxes and everything was a mess when you open it to eat it. No napkin no plasticware it was a mess.

This is the 4th time I tried to go there in the last 2 months BEFORE 830 pm and they ONLY have Mac and cheese. Why are yall not cooking food untill 930 when you don’t close untill 10. And when I say something about calling upper management cause I know who one of them are, they said oo we can actually cook some chicken but it’s gonna take haft an hour. So they know this isn’t something they should be doing. At this point, Close this location down.

There is still room for improvement, the food was almost good, I know they made the recipe Something changed I hope it's for the better. They told me the chicken was fresh, yes it was hot but it didn't feel fresh. Keep it for less time or fry less chicken for when someone places a fresh order.

I went on a Wednesday at 11:30 am. I was the only customer. The staff was friendly. I ordered Nashville Hot tenders. They turned out to be tenders with an oily red sauce lightly squirted on them. The restaurant had been open for an hour, yet there wasn't a clean table and the floor was dirty (fries, napkins, straw wrappers).

Stopped to get a famous bowl. $5 was a great price but it lacked in flavor despite having many ingredients. Drive thru forgot an item I ordered but fixed it in a reasonable amount of time

Stopped in there today. Got a completely over cooked meal that was so cold, had absolutely nothing even warm about it. The coleslaw tasted like cold vinegar. Horrible. Will absolutely not be going back to this location again. I was very surprised.
