The service was very nice our wait staff were friendly and awesome. The table in the back for two was sooo perfect I want to sit there all the time now👍however the food quality that we are used to wasn't there we were very disappointed the French onion soup wasn't even that good, my burger and bun seemed like it had sat out all day waiting for me to get there lol. However the waitress and the cook did follow my directions of how I wanted my food prepared and that was very impressive it was presented exactly as asked I guess I should have included FRESHLY MADE

All I have to say is the service and quality of food at this place has gone to complete shit. It’s extremely baffling to me that when you place a mobile order for a salad and a single piece of salmon and it takes almost 50 minutes to be ready and then I get home and my salmon is undercooked. That’s completely inexcusable in my book. Absolutely disgusted.

Worst experience ever! Food was not warm enough and was not cooked to satisfaction, service was TRASH no greeting at the front entrance, sat down waited 15 minutes to be waited on then waited another 45 minutes for food to be brought out it was just a horrible experience. Atmosphere was horrible as well tables were dirty and the employees just extremely rude touching my plate of food and just EW. Will never come back to this HELLHOLE. TexasRoadHouse is 100% BETTER.
