Husband and I ordered fries and sandwiches through the mobile app. When husband arrived to pick up food, credit card sales were down. Luckily, I had paid through the app. The fries we received were inedible. They were dry and crunchy.

Terrible watery shakes cold under cooked un salted fries I was mad about the food and the cost 2 small shakes 1 sm fry $14.00!!?? i returned the fries asked for new ones they added a few to what i had stoll cold still undercooked also i ordered by mobile app I gave them my # in the drive thru they dont have it "You" must have made a mistake so I reorded then got charged a 2nd time the girl at the window clearly hates her job and seemingly me. This was extra upsetting because Mda is what my elderly Mom really wanted that day..So get hee out of the nursing home put her and her wheelchair in my car with great difficulty just to take her for a shamrock shake & get her out of the nursing home take a nice drive get a shake..Fing sucked and the attitude of the girl the wuality of the food just changed her mood and ruined her day . Jerks I will never go there again I mean how vad do you have to be to ruin a Mcdonalds trip.

Sorry, but whoever manages these employees is not caring. 9 xs out of 10 i go here, either cold food or old food. Somebody does not know how to regulate food. I rather wait for hot food then food that was nuked and you can taste the difference, especially when it's so hot that the cheese turns completely to liquid. We all know that McDonald's sells garbage, but they can't even get that right. 95% of the time the ice cream is down after 6pm, Millville N.J 08332, don't believe just call. Burgers are usually old , fries are usually soggy and stale. How many times do ppl have to complain. One day they gave me the wrong order, I said it's not mine, the guy said, you should of taken it. Like what does that have to do with what I ordered? It's unreal and it's been this way for years.

Some of the staff have a bad attitude and have no clue what customer service. You can stand at the counter and they just don't even look your way. When you get there attention, they mumble what they think is the answer to your question whether even asking what your question is.

This is how my large fries from last week looked. Empty. I came today, and my large fries were cold and hard. I asked them to get them fresh, and I don't mind waiting. The 2nd employee in the back was yelling why. They made me pull to the door and made me wait for more than 10 minutes for my food.

Pretty sure the worst experience I've ever had. Ordered 10 nuggets but they gave me 8, large fries but the carton was barely half full, and the cheeseburger had the cheese hanging completely out the side and stuck to the bun. Truly ZERO fks given by the people in the kitchen. It's honestly impressive how every single thing showed how little they care.
They have the most nasty attitude girls working here.....they mumble when taking your order. The girl at the drive thru this morning is definitely from Millville, she was beyond nasty, must be having a bad morning. They almost throw your food at you when they open the window. I get they're under paid but we're paying their salary. Hopefully management sees this and provides better training.

I just left there. The parking lot is dark. I’ll tell you McDonald’s has the worst customer service no good morning no have a good day. They don’t smile at you the other day I went in. I could barely hear the guy in the drive-through I said to him are you OK? He said I’m tired. I’m sleepy. It’s crazy. They’re not friendly at all, find somewhere else to get the worst

The bathroom was locked and took about 5 minutes for them to open so if you want to wash your hands before eating not the best place to go on top of that the woman in front didn't want to give me two extra ketchups telling me she already gave me too
