I went in to Moe’s today and the pinto beans I received were SPOILED!!! I thought I was tripping at first, but they tasted absolutely disgusting and when I brought the bowl closer so I could smell it to see what the foul smell was it smelled so awful!!! The only good thing about going there was the friendly staff named Lydia, who was super nice and kind. Other than that my experience there today was horrible and I’ve been going there for years! Never again.

I used to loooove Moes. My last encounter which was yesterday at 2p, the food I ordered was cold and just as cold as the customer service. It used to be a lively bunch that served your food but these employees were busy scrolling in their phones and did not give a warm and welcoming experience. I will not be returning.

This location gets worse every time I visit. I will not return. I don't know if it's the whole chain or just this one. Even the chips were bad enough to throw out. I will try a different one, and if it's the same I will delete the app.
Went to the one in Millville, NJ.
The chips ain't what they used to be and the sida machine offerings were cut way down. No more add ons to regular soda, so no lime coke this time. No sweet tea either
And for some reason the salsa bar was closed

I went to Moe's yesterday for lunch, and it does not seem like Moe's. Not sure if it has been brought out or privatized, but the food did not taste the same. Some food items mimicked Moe's such as the cilantro rice ( super mushy), corn salsa (just corn and huge pieces of onions), the fajita onions and peppers( only onions). The chicken was diced so huge. I was highly disappointed. The place needs a bit of upkeep as well.

$45 for two burritos that fell apart before we could even figure out how to eat them. Broken ac in 90 degrees. Cleaning crew mopping with bleach and spraying windex right next to us. Soda machine out of everything. Sauce bar gone. Jfc…I used to really like this place.

I stopped by Moe’s Southwest Grill recently and had a really solid experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was — the floors, tables, and counters were all well-maintained, which made a good impression right away.
I ordered a burrito and some chips, and everything tasted fresh. The ingredients looked and tasted like they were just prepped — the veggies were crisp, the rice wasn’t dry, and the meat was warm and flavorful. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush through the order and actually took the time to ask what I wanted step-by-step, which helped get it just right.
The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, with some music playing at a nice volume — enough to create a vibe but not so loud that it was annoying. It wasn’t too crowded when I went, and there was plenty of clean seating available. The staff was friendly and polite, not overly chatty but professional and helpful.
Overall, this location seems well-managed and clean, and the food was fresh and tasty. It’s not fancy, but it’s a dependable spot for a quick, satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving a good burrito or some chips and queso.

The food was really plain. The portions were also disappointing where I got almost no meat. The service was the WORSE part where the lady forced me to tip both times I went there. For reference I went with my friend who’s Asian and I’m white. My friend was told she could skip the tip and when I got up to pay they said I had to choose one of the options to tip. I tried to skip the tip option because being forced to tip feels weird and they canceled it and made me redo it. My friend and I feel as though it’s because I’m white and they may assume I have more money (which isn’t true). Either way the experience was not at all fun. Especially for the lackluster food. This is only my experience so you may enjoy it since it wasn’t too much but my $13 bowl went up to $18 because of the tip and some tax. So just so you know press the red circle to skip the tip because tipping is to reward people for going above and showing gratitude, not something that should be forced out of you.

Way better years ago, I never write reviews and decided to type this out inside moes it was that bad. The place was empty, figured it was probably because of the beef and chicken I got. Both of which tasted old, dry and bland. Chips and queso are all that is worth getting, if your chips don’t come stale.

This moes has really gone downhill since visiting a couple of years ago. I went back in to see if I could get another bowl after dropping mine because the lid was not secure. The older lady at the counter was extremely rude to me. She responded with a sigh and an eye roll. I asked (kindly) if I would have to pay for this one. I cannot afford to spend 30 dollars on lunch so I wanted to be sure she wasnt going to waste the product if it wasnt going to be complimentary, (since she didnt secure the lid anyway). She told me shed give it to me for free this time but gave me half the amount I got the first time. I thought that was petty. After she was done making it she slid it to me, and again, the lid wasnt secure. ALSO it was in a plate! not a bowl! I got home and ate it and it sucked. I guess im team chipotle now.

I work near by and used to come here every week. Today will be my last time. The meat is not cooked on a grill anymore and has very bland flavor. The rice searved on my burrito had white and yellow glued together; probably left over from yesterday. The salsa bar is closed. When you ask the cashier for salsa, they only give you 1 small cup. When you pay, you have to navigate the screen to leave 0% tip. The cashier looks like the owners wife and they are asking for a tip; no way. On the positive side, the food took really fast to make since the store was empty at lunch time. I want my old Moes back.

I recently visited for lunch, eager to indulge in the queso while being mindful of my gluten and soy sensitivity. Although the food was flavorful and our server courteous, the restaurant's cleanliness fell short. We observed multiple dirty tables that remained uncleaned during our meal, and the bathroom requires improved cleanliness. The sauce bar was closed, the soda machine appeared neglected with significant syrup buildup, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, despite being seated at a distance from the door.

This Moe's isn't the strongest in their chain. Almost two hours before closing the TVs are off, and the salsa bar is closed down. You're still able to get two types of salsa in portion cups, but that's it. Additionally the Coca Cola freestyle machine is incredibly poorly stocked. No fruit flavor syrups available. Forget enjoying Cherry Coke or Raspberry Sprite. Not here. Finding it a challenge to enjoy having a positive dining experience at this location.
