Went and ordered from the drive thru. Took 20 minutes from ordering to actually get my food. Got a triple smash burger with tots. The tots were loaded with salt. The smash burger was so greasy the bun literally fell apart from it. I couldn't get past two bites. Total trash.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and it will be my last. Today, I ordered a smashburger with no cheese because unfortunately, I cannot have it in my diet. Once I checked it and realized that it had cheese on it, i had to go up to a window and knock for about 5 minutes before the girl came out to speak to me. I showed her the receipt that clearly says no cheese and she said that she would remake it, so I waited out in the cold while they remade the burger. Once I got to my destination, I was about 2/3 finished with the burger when I felt something hurt my tooth as I was chewing. It felt like a rock in my mouth so I immediately spit it out. I was disgusted to find a foreign object or piece of bone in my burger. I am attaching a photo of my bite of the burger, that clearly shows a foreign object that does not belong in food. I made an appointment with my dentist because my tooth was still hurting later on in the evening. I advise everyone to bite and chew the food carefully from this location!

Really run down and disgusting . I was in the drive thru and the weeds surrounding the building screamed unkept, dirty and abandoned . I left and went to 5 Guys around the corner for a delicious bacon cheeseburger. Shame on this Sonic location .

Went to the car stall and pressed the button, waited 10 minutes and no one even responded. I was the only car there so they weren't busy. Decided to go to the patio ad try there to see if maybe I could get service there. I pushed the button and waited another 10 mi utes but again, no on responded. They were open, I verified because there was already someone eating on the patio and it was the middle of the day 2pm. I normally don't review fast food joints but I think this warranted a mention.
