Five out of five for me. We ordered 3 platters; chicken wings, oxtail, and whiting fish, all came out amazing. Also the service and atmosphere were great. Definitely looking forward to the next trip.

I went here for the first time a week ago & OMG. South Jersey doesn’t have a lot of soul food restaurants and where I’m from Up North does! This place did not disappoint!! The Fish, Pork chops, Mac & Cheese, Collards, sweet potatoes and Banana pudding. Etc EVERYTHING WAS FRESH AND

This was our first time trying soul of the sea fresh and it was amazing!! We got the chicken wings with baked beans, baked Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes and it was all so delicious. Didn’t need any sauce with the wings since it was seasoned so well. Will definitely be coming back to the food truck location.

I tried calling to place an order. As soon as the lady picks up she has an attitude. I try to order something off THEIR menu, and she simply tells me “We’re not making that right now”. Didn’t even give me a reason or apologize. So I say okay, just give me a second to look over the menu again and I’ll pick something else real quick. Not even 10 seconds later she just hangs up, doesn’t say a word. If you are going to be working in customer service that attitude needs to be left at home. I didn’t even bother calling back because it seems they don’t even like serving people. How you gonna work in food service but hate having to serve people? Crazy

Not only is this place the slowest molasses running restaurant in all of millville but the side of attitude you get is uncalled for
I ordered 1 dozen of crabs and had to wait over an hour. Once I got home with the crabs, they were completely mushy and inedible. I called the restaurant and was given the owners number. He apologized and offered me a credit for my crabs (45$). They didn't let me give my Information and said they'd remember me. Since then (almost 2 months) they've either been sold out of crabs or they don't have any. Now I'm being told they don't remember the transaction and the best that can be done is a discount. That is very bad business and I am glad to tell all who asks not to patronize this place. Very disappointing.

Ordered a swai platter with garlic butter around 2pm and was ready by 2:40 hot a fresh. Customer service was wonderful and pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food and quality of food. Also grabbed a slice of red velvet cake which was super moist and flavorful, really nice atmosphere and food!

Food is fire. They did catering for our Juneteenth celebration and it was fantastic. The owner was willing to help us out and came up with a fantastic menu for over 100 employees!
