did not get a welcoming feeling when i walked up to the register. The head barista or manager that was there today gave me a very rude looked before ignoring me and walking away. This is not the first time ive gotten an attitude like this from her and i do not appreciate it. will not be back!

I ordered some mocha coffee and they didn't taste like coffee, they only tasted like water with chocolate. It's horrible that they don't have the right or trained staff to prepare these coffees that aren't cheap at all and to make matters worse, the one who is serving with a bad attitude.

They are horrible here, always of out of stock they say for pumpkin spice anything. Not to mention their oven is always broke. And the girls working behind the counter have attitude so save yourself the misery and just go to the one at the Cumberland mall.

Coffee with almond milk is very black. There is no difference, it seems that they do not add milk and the taste is very bitter. There is no pleasure in drinking it because it is served so hot and the milk seems short.

Staff here is awesome. Leadership is slacking apparently. Over the past year this store has been out of many many items every week and most recently they've not had ice for a month.
