I don’t frequent this one very often but I decided to this time. Service wasn’t bad and atmosphere was also fine. However when the food came out I sort of just looked at my sweet potato that was charred. It was a shame since I love a good sweet potato and this has never happened to me at TX Roadhouse but I couldn’t even eat it.

Little slow service but fantastic food, good steak, chicken and new mozzarella twists. Update 4 years later 01/01/2026: Service was amazing. Austin did a great job overall and helped with recommendations. He appeared to know the menu well and was very friendly.

Horrible will not be going back! 3 people had ordered burgers all well done none of them were well done. Someone ordered a salad it was horrible wasn't even the salad we asked for. Waitress said she would bring us extra bread she never did. No silverware amd no straws we had to ask for both. I know they were busy but its insane to me for spending $170 for 9 of us how the food and service was. Also called to make a reservation she asked any occasion I told her yes 2 birthdays why ask if they didnt even do anything for them

Our first time back after 15 years. Fifteen years ago I had terrible sides and a dry tough steak that was hard to cut. fifteen years later The waitress did a good job. The coffee was tepid at best. They were out of creamers, the rolls were cold, I wouldn't have known it was a Caesar Salad if they didn't tell me. They were out of another item as well. We tipped the waitress 17% because we figured she didn't cook the food. NEVER going back again.

Food was great my significant other and myself were feeling a steak dinner , both enjoyed our 14oz ribeye medium rare . Great size not to much fat and cooked great even added onions on top with mashed potatoes gravy and seasoned rice . I'd say our experience was Rather well our server explained she was new and just getting used to things and it was solid. Everything came quick for a Friday night at 8pm
Karly was my waitress and she was excellent. The host was very nice and I told him it was my first time there. He brought me coupons, extra peanuts, and couldn't have been nicer. My serving of pulled pork was on point. Stuffed Baked Potato 🥔 very good and sautéed mushrooms were very good as well. I'm diabetic so I stick to iced tea with lemon 🍋 which was fresh and good. Excellent experience and I'll be back. I do have to agree with the men's room needing a bit more attention. But, I understand when shorthanded.
My daughter wanted Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I called around 3 when they opened and joined the waitlist for 730 since they don’t have reservations available. When we got to the restaurant it was very busy, but our wait was not long at all. Thank you so much for taking care of us tonight. My food was delicious and the service was amazing. My daughter enjoyed her birthday.
