Extremely POOR customer service in the take out area!!!! There was a long line of prepaid orders. Somy didn't feel comfortable with leaving their dog inside of a vehicle. While she waiting line. Another customer Kicked The Dog while waiting in line! Horrible situation!!!! What does it take to cut down on the lines.

Been going to this location for about a year, and it was always amazing, until beginning of January. The service here stays unmatched, the servers are amazing. The food has tanked. The steaks used to come out tasting and looking amazing. Now, it looks like a 10lb weight sat on top of them to make grill marks. Flavor is disappointing, taste is not good, and if you ask for medium rare you'll get medium and do on. Don't know if there is new kitchen staff or what.

Worst ribeye I’ve ever had at a Texas roadhouse. It definitely was not choice. Hard to cut and tough while eating, ICouldn’t even finish it.

I frequent other locations, and this one is not up to par. The food and waitress were great. Bathrooms not so much, which makes you question the kitchen. Ladies' room, one stall door is stuck, toilet paper is not in dispenser, it's just hanging out and the bathroom was not clean. Men's room hand dryer didn't work, paper towel dispenser was stuck, and there was a pungent smell. When the waitress told the manager, she just said okay. Management has a lot to be desired at this location.

This place is a total favorite!! Everything is delicious except the Mac and cheese. It's dry. Plenty of parking, and the staff does excellent, even when busy.

My go to steakhouse. Family dragged me in for my birthday. Good food for a good price. Food is always good and service is OK,
I have eaten at your restaurant alot always been very happy but tonight I ordered the same thing I always get. Large filet asked for medium well done received it was blood red they took it back to cook it more and 20 minutrs later and it was still very red in middle. She offered to take it again but I said no I would just bring my dinner home and cook it. I've always been very happy with the food I've ordered but tonight I wasn't. Waitress was very nice though. I will be back.

I arrived at the place, they sat me at the table, I waited until they asked me what I liked to drink, a group of guys arrived, they waited a little and they quickly brought them their drinks while I was still waiting and I waited another 5 minutes and no one attended to me and the guys were already served. took the order of what they were going to eat so I don't accept that kind of lack of respect so I left the place and tried Applebee's and I will say that it was excellent service I recommend them
