I frequent other locations, and this one is not up to par. The food and waitress were great. Bathrooms not so much, which makes you question the kitchen. Ladies' room, one stall door is stuck, toilet paper is not in dispenser, it's just hanging out and the bathroom was not clean. Men's room hand dryer didn't work, paper towel dispenser was stuck, and there was a pungent smell. When the waitress told the manager, she just said okay. Management has a lot to...
I have eaten at your restaurant alot always been very happy but tonight I ordered the same thing I always get. Large filet asked for medium well done received it was blood red they took it back to cook it more and 20 minutrs later and it was still very red in middle. She offered to take it again but I said no I would just bring my dinner home and cook it. I've always been very happy with the food I've ordered but tonight I wasn't. Waitress was very nice though....
I went and got take outs earlier this week. I ordered at the take out window 1 combo dinner and was given a different one. I wanted the crispy chicken and received the grilled. It was good but ya know when you you're craving fried chicken....
