This young man has Mastered an Art! He can and will cook anything and he had proven that, whether it's something simple as wings to Lamb! He does Lamb on a daily basis! Most larger restaurants don't do that! He is always thinking out of the box! Now he has these, "Baby Shower" platters and let me tell you something! This is a meal within a meal! From the moment you walk into Touch of Toms you are greeted ! The food!!! Absolutely amazing. I always get the lamb chops with mint jelly, asparagus, and macaroni & cheese. My favorite meal is the crab linguine with a zesty lemon sauce. I cannot explain the taste but it goes well with white wine but its definitely in my top 5
