Me and my mom came here today this was the first time trying here, this place is phenomenal! We got a warm welcome and the worker there was so nice,she was lovely to talk to, and helped us through it because we weren't sure what to do! Definitely coming here again!!

Came in with my friend and at 4:01 the girl behind the counter told us we had to leave because they were close keep in mind store hours say they close at 9:30. I couldn’t even finish enjoying what my friend and I paid for so we threw it away and left. Very unprofessional

This place is my go to all year around. I love the fact that I can put unlimited toppings for one flat price.

Great Customer Service and the best part of it is the fro yo the space it self is very clean!!

Ok so I came in a hour and I got a big cup of ice cream and I was putting candy on my ice cream the worker and no more toppings anymore and I only get to put one candy on ice cream

Elif is the best customer service worker of all time and she is so hospitable and friendly! She helped me and my sister decide what new toppings to try and knew we would like things before we even did! 10/10 service we will definitely be back again <3

Last Yo-Go I went was in New York. Seen one so close to me I was happy. As soon I walked in the place smells soooo good. Place was empty only one person on a table. Probably because it was a Wednesday but I bet weekends are packed. Got 2 frozen yogurt was $20. Good price for all the flavors they have. Plenty variety of toppings also. Girl at the register was really nice and friendly. Place was nice and clean. Definitely will go back during hot summer days.

This place is amazing! The employee there, Elif, was so friendly and interacting with my friends and I ?

In the past it's seemed like the employees aren't very invested in the customers but she went above and beyond. Idk how else to shout her out but Elif is amazing!

Prices are truly insanely high for what you get.

This was our first time experiencing this place and we will be going back. It's self serve frozen yogurt along with a toppings bar. They about 12 flavors of frozen yogurt to pick from (which you can taste a sample first if undecided) then you proceed to the topping bar where they have candies, sprinkles, sauces, whipped cream, and tons of choices. You can buy it by the weight or a flat rate for a cup with anything you want.We were the only customers at that time and it was quiet. They had a movie on which my daughter was into so that was cool. Plus they are open on the late side, I think until 930 which is great for stopping by after shopping at the mall.It was about $15 for 2 cups.

The employee's treatment of me was horrible. For filling the blue container for 5.99 he told me that it is a lot of quantity, I weigh it and he charged me 14.99. I replied that this container is not by weight and he told me I will give you a discount and he charged me 12.99. I paid it out of courtesy because it was already served. I won't visit that place again, I felt like I lost money.
