Ok so I came in a hour and I got a big cup of ice cream and I was putting candy on my ice cream the worker and no more toppings anymore and I only get to put one candy on ice cream

Elif is the best customer service worker of all time and she is so hospitable and friendly! She helped me and my sister decide what new toppings to try and knew we would like things before we even did! 10/10 service we will definitely be back again <3

Last Yo-Go I went was in New York. Seen one so close to me I was happy. As soon I walked in the place smells soooo good. Place was empty only one person on a table. Probably because it was a Wednesday but I bet weekends are packed. Got 2 frozen yogurt was $20. Good price for all the flavors they have. Plenty variety of toppings also. Girl at the register was really nice and friendly. Place was nice and clean. Definitely will go back during hot summer days.

This place is amazing! The employee there, Elif, was so friendly and interacting with my friends and I ?

In the past it's seemed like the employees aren't very invested in the customers but she went above and beyond. Idk how else to shout her out but Elif is amazing!

Kids love it and so do I.

Prices are truly insanely high for what you get.

This was our first time experiencing this place and we will be going back. It's self serve frozen yogurt along with a toppings bar. They about 12 flavors of frozen yogurt to pick from (which you can taste a sample first if undecided) then you proceed to the topping bar where they have candies, sprinkles, sauces, whipped cream, and tons of choices. You can buy it by the weight or a flat rate for a cup with anything you want.We were the only customers at that time and it was quiet. They had a movie on which my daughter was into so that was cool. Plus they are open on the late side, I think until 930 which is great for stopping by after shopping at the mall.It was about $15 for 2 cups.

Kid-friendliness: Cartoon movie on the TV. Bright colored and fun environment for the kids.

The employee's treatment of me was horrible. For filling the blue container for 5.99 he told me that it is a lot of quantity, I weigh it and he charged me 14.99. I replied that this container is not by weight and he told me I will give you a discount and he charged me 12.99. I paid it out of courtesy because it was already served. I won't visit that place again, I felt like I lost money.

Way overpriced @ $6.79 for the smallest size. Just not worth the price anymore.

Yesterday (Friday) we had a cast after party, and they booted every on out at 8:46 when on fridays they dont close until 9:30. I proceeded to ask the employee why they closed so early theyre explaintion was they work there and they said so, me and my friend waited for our rides and they shut the lights off one by one.

Yesterday on Friday March 3rd 2023- the froyo was AMAZING but the employees r so bad. We had an after party there and they kicked us out at 8:55 and they don’t close on fridays until 9:30

This is one of my favorite place. But the employees are very terrible. My first bad experience was one year ago, the girl was in her phone talking about the customers. Four months later I went and other girl she also was in her phone, the toppings areas was empty and we ask for fruits and she said no fruits.Today I went at 9 with my family, my husband enter after me they close at 9:30 and the girl was rolling her eyes when my husband came in and I saw her. She was rushing and texting in her phone.The saddest part is she was attending an elderly woman without patience. After they are at the cash register, another old man enters and began to make comments of discomfort without knowing that it was the husband of the old woman who was attending.When the old woman left, she dropped her spoons and pretended to try to help her, then said behind her back "seriously."Very unprofessionalism and poor customer service.

At location has I write. I came in at 9, half hour before closing and the young girl wash rushing us and saying unnecessary comments every time another customer will come in. All the toppings were cover and she said she had no fruits for the night, She was rude and inpatient and using her phone.
