Let me start by saying that I have eaten more Chinese food in more places than the average person. I have a half dozen places that are closer to me but Bally Dar is my standard since discovering it. All the classics are textbook perfect. They are happy to make my General's Chicken with just a little sauce or to omit shrimp and add beef to house special noodle dishes. By the way, I've never seen Udon noodles at a Chinese take out joint. My new fave is House special...
