Ordered Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches through Uber eats. They arrived so completely soaked through with black grease that they were not even edible. When we called they said they would not compensate or refund because the order was done through Uber, even though they are responsible for making the food. The sandwiches were disgusting and we pretty much ate a quarter of them and threw them away.

I have been coming here since 2005 and every. single. time. their customer service, their food, and their atmosphere make every encounter for the last 19 years has been top notch! When people say they love Jersey bagels, this is what they're talking about! Their bagels have the right texture, taste, presentation, and its always done with great intent! Definitely come here if you're looking for a great Jersey bagel! I'm actually going there again today! Can't get enough!

By far the best bagels in the tri state area. That's right....by far. The Everything bagel is so packed with "Everythings"...it's a flavor explosion!! Gotta try these...you won't go back to your others.

Fantastic bagels and great prices- i live far away but still visit (once a week or more) when in the area - lunches are delicious also and tuna salad, chicken salad etc are very fresh - wonderful staff and the young lady owner is so nice - i cant walk temporarily due to knee surgery and they bring everything out to my car without hesitation

Me and my husband used to love this place because of the bagels. But this is the 4th time we order our bagels and they forget to add cheese on it. Now they put less Taylor ham too, changing the whole quality of the bagel. We traveled 3 towns to get to this place because we considered it the best bagel shop.

Now, they come either over cooked or stale and hard as a rock.I am revisiting my review.
