390 Prime Steak & Seafood Restaurant

Saturday night, me and my spouse wanted to go on a date to have a good steak. Did our research and find this 4.5 stars steakhouse. We were not too sure since the restaurant is inside the Hilton hotel, but the reviews convinced us. Looks good, made a reservation.
We got to the restaurant and it was half empty for a Saturday night. We sat and we waited for our waitress. She was very very nice, but to be honest, not very attentive. We waited empty glasses for like 20 mins to order more drinks or to ask for the check.
The service itself was very slow, but we were waiting for the food, maybe that would make everything better. We were so wrong.
I ordered filet mignon, medium with pink in the center. My spouse asked for ribeye, also pink in the center.
After waiting we got it. My steak was like cardboard. My spouse’s was a little better, but still not how we ordered.
We left the place with mix feelings. If you are staying at the hotel and you want a nice dinner, it’s not bad.
If you are actually looking for a nice dinner with really good food, definitely don’t pick this one.

What a great jewel of a restaurant, found in our own backyard ☺️
Had a delicious blue cheese wedge salad complimented with a dinner of snapper and savoy spinach and sliced potatoes...tasty and fresh,making me feel like I just had dinner at the beach
My husband had the 7 oz fillet mignon...cooked to perfection with a side order of carrots. Folks it doesn't get much better than This!
And we were surprised with a fabulous cheese cake for our birthday dessert ?

Great experience at the bar at 390 Prime with Yvette. She was so funny and kind. Drinks were great and she made our bar experience a comfortable one. She was so easy to connect with and a great server overall. I look forward to returning.

Went for breakfast buffet with hotel stay. They said they had a menu as well. The place is one big open room, no atmosphere, no one asked if I wanted anything cooked or a drink other than the self serve coffee. I waited 10 minutes for someone to stop by my table and then left. Went to a local diner and had a great breakfast for less than the price at 390/homewoid suites. Make no mistake, this a hotel restaurant that I doubt would be considered “prime”.

Maria and Yvette were FANTASTIC. this place has amazing food and the best service. They are so kind to accommodate our family after hours after a long day of being at Hospice care. Please check this place out!!

I've heard such great things about this place and their steaks. So my friend and I went. I have to say I was really disappointed in the food. It was a Saturday at 5 pm, an early dinner for us, and we were the only ones in there. So it wasn't like the kitchen was slammed. We both got the 7oz filet mignon. Mine looked good although her cut looked terrible almost like a steak patty where mine was nice a plump. The mashed potatoes were cold and again we were the only ones there. So a big disappointment and not a place I can recommend or want to go back to unfortunately
