Applebee's Grill + Bar

Visiting Applebees in Williamstown, NJ was one of the most bizarre restaurant visits ever. It was 5pm on a Monday. We walked in and people were seated in the waiting area. There were maybe 3 occupied tables and the rest were empty. We stood at the desk for 5 full minutes before an employee greeted us. We were then told there was a 10-15 minute wait. WAIT?!?! FOR WHAT?!?! There were plenty of open table, maybe 80-90% of the tables were unoccupied. We left and went elsewhere. Does this Applebees do so much business they don’t care about losing customers?

I ordered over the phone and Devin (person who helped me on the phone sorry if I’m spelling wrong) was so amazing over the phone. Wanted to add LTO on my burger and the option was not available on the app, so I called and my order hadn’t been received by their system yet. I let her know my request and she called me back 5 mins later when they had my order to confirm my order and was so kind and joyful while doing it. This person deserves a raise and promotion yesterday!!! Do not usually get awesome experiences over the phone like that but was so helpful.

Cara was our server and she was absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive, great personality, great waitress! Applebee's is lucky to have her. Need more servers like her. Food was also good and served timely. My drink was delicious! Thanks for a great visit!

Late night 1/2 off appetizers are absolutely incredible. My wife and I enjoy sharing boneless BBQ wings dipped in our fav sauce and quesadillas. Followed by apple pie dessert. Yummy!

10/10 experience as always!
I come here at least once a week because the service is always exceptional. Tiana, the waitress/bartender. Made our drinks really well. I have no complaints at all.

Our server Grant K. gave us the perfect amount of attention, time, and service with ordering, checking in, and helping us as well as just had a real nice attitude and demeanor. I told him and I’ll write it here too that his service was the best I’ve had in a long time.
