The food was good, but some stuff came out cold. My grilled chicken was barely warm and my broccoli was literally chilled cold. We don't like to send food back because we've heard horror stories. We did mention it nicely to our server who asked if we wanted to see a manager, to which we said no. She must have mentioned it to her manager as they did compensate us 10% for it, so overall it was a good experience. But I can't give a 5 star for cold food. There's simply no reason for it.

Had a really nice time weren't busy @ all dinner~ We had a really nice server Efficient but not overwhelming.We had 2 apps. Garlic parm. Boneless wings* Artichoke & spinach dip w/Chipotle lime salsa was very good, also my bf got a Mushroom Swiss burger was very good & a beer ? I had the Whiskey bacon burger & a Mango Mai tai good but weak lol.. $$ everything was hot came out separate.. clean nice place ???

I order a pick-up. And the food was horrible. Steak was way under cook same as the burger. Mac&Cheese was very horrible and nasty. The best thing I got was the celery that came with the boneless wing. I will definitely not go back here again. It was a waste of money and I wish I could give it 0

Great place to pop into when you need a quick bite. I usually don't eat at many chain spots but this place is worth a stop if you're feeling hungry.
We were having a rough night and needed a quick bite. Deanna was super sweet and made our night better. She even pulled a few smiles out of me. Moreover the food came out quickly and piping hot. We surely will be back simply because of her.

0 stars if I could. we use to come to this one here and there but they went down hill. we place online order at 630 ish-says it’ll be ready at 730. we get there, food isn’t done yet, so we wait …. and wait… and wait some more… its now been an hour or so and still nothing. we call the store and ask for the manager and they say they are waiting on one last thing to be made… took a few more minutes, we get offered a discount also. food comes out all cold and the only thing slightly warm is the appetizer. so we call back , make them take all the food back because at this point we are done with it all. not for nothing you would think they would be packed on thanksgiving eve but there was barely anyone inside, so what could have taken over an hour for 4 things and two drinks? we’re very understanding people but next time just say hey we screwed up and this is what we are waiting on , do you want it anymore? I would’ve told you no it’s fine take it off and we’ll take the rest. this isn’t the first time we had bad service at this location, but we won’t be back again.

I guess the kid who answered the phone was new, it took a long time to place my order for one tenders family bundle - hold the pork on the 4 cheese. When I arrived my order came out on time - I requested Buffalo sauce and waited and waited so I just went in and the hostess said she’d get it, she walks all the back and comes back to me without the sauce and said the waiter is getting it. 10 minutes later. Now my family’s dinner is cold. He comes out without the sauce. Finally get the Buffalo sauce, rush hme to eat our cold dinner and THERE’S NO 4 CHEESE MAC N CHEESE ? ridiculous. And the tenders were shriveled and over cooked crumbly. So annoyed, the last 3 times they messed up our order. No thanks! That was their LAST CHANCE!

We've been coming to the Williamstown location for years. This recent month I came in with my daughters twice. The appetizers were terrible. The wonton tacos were cold and the shell was not shaped normally and it wasn't even holding the food right on the inside. My daughter's kids meal came out 20 minutes later. Tonight we decided to give it one more try. My husband and I both ordered the 8oz steak medium done. My husband's was perfect and mine was not cooked all the way. It looked completely raw.

There were 4 of us that went for dinner. After waiting almost 25 minutes we were finally seated. It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks once placed. We received our dinner plates and waited another 15 minutes for silverware after we asked several times for it. I complained to the manager about our experience and she offered free desserts. Once I checked our free dessert I noticed they cut the brownie in half. They had 4 people at the podium that did not have a clue about where to seat people. We also noticed that there was at least 15 open tables so why make people wait. We won't be eating at that particular restaurant again
