Very disappointed, my pretzel very old, so hard that is hard to eat it. Not enough cheese like come on. They spend more time talking then customers. This place don't deserve not even a Star.

Auntie Anne's is delicious and the staff are always so nice! I love their sweet pretzels with the sweet sauce. I gotta say, I haven't been there in a while, but I'll definitely go soon. Thank you, Auntie Anne's, for having the most delicious food!

My opinion on this pretzel shop as a whole. There food as changed not sure why. Their never warm, hard most of time. Their other products are similar and WAY OVER PRICE, so many companies are being greedy 4 $ so they cut corners and us the consumer pays for it. Owners don't care!!

This Auntie Anne's has the best pretzels. HOT FRESH PRETZELS EVERY 30 MINUTES! Always. Spoke to the owner today! Brand Spankin New Inside the Williamstown Walmart! It appeals to me that I see my food being made. Quick and Fresh.
