Disgusting !!! Old woman with glasses eating a sandwich with droppings as she is making my sandwich no gloves. She screwed up my order and it went back to put the bacon on. Gross! I have been goung there for 4 years 2-3 times a week. Not anymore.
Owner should review his staff on camera from 7:45am. Place has gone down the tubes with all the DEI hires.

So I ordered two bagels. The one with veg cream cheese was so overcooked that I couldn’t even bite into it. It wasn’t toasted. They should have not served these overdone ones. The cream cheese was good though. The attitude when returned it wasn’t good at all. Do they really want to lose a customer over a $5 bagel?!

I order online specifically so I can make a note not to add cheese. Employees need to read what the order is. My bagel had to be remade three times due to lack of reading the ticket. The second time they didn’t even put egg on it! I don’t understand how hard it is to not add cheese to a bagel.

Guys, please rethink your strategy……I can understand the need for modest price increases on bagels but reducing the size of your bagels by 25% along with increased priceing is a bit too much.
Google shows they're open until 5p but on Uber eats and door dash shows closed at 3p. Called twice and nobody answered

Completed an online order, including payment. ( $34.00)It was not delivered and I was not contacted. The phone was not answered.(several calls) I drove there and was told by the manager that my order was not fulfilled because they had a very busy day and were short of employees. I asked for a refund and she told me that she did not have the authority to refund my credit card and that the owner was away on vacation .I insisted and she became downright nasty. Bottom line is that I did not get my food and I did not get a refund.
