I order online specifically so I can make a note not to add cheese. Employees need to read what the order is. My bagel had to be remade three times due to lack of reading the ticket. The second time they didn’t even put egg on it! I don’t understand how hard it is to not add cheese to a bagel.

Guys, please rethink your strategy……I can understand the need for modest price increases on bagels but reducing the size of your bagels by 25% along with increased priceing is a bit too much.

Completed an online order, including payment. ( $34.00)It was not delivered and I was not contacted. The phone was not answered.(several calls) I drove there and was told by the manager that my order was not fulfilled because they had a very busy day and were short of employees. I asked for a refund and she told me that she did not have the authority to refund my credit card and that the owner was away on vacation .I insisted and she became downright nasty. Bottom line is that I did not get my food and I did not get a refund.

The sanweches are good and the people are friendly every time I can I pass by that place
Jan 1 2025. How do they have 4 stars when I just read the reviews and there are so many complaints. I spent 25.00. Half pound roast beef. 5 bagels, egg sandwich and half and half. Get home and only have 3 bagels. They always forget something. Never went back. But today I did. They first ignore you until you get loud. Then they treat you like you are trying to scam them out of 2 bagels. Finally they have to find the order while I am waiting with my receipt as if I am being unreasonable. They throw me my 2 bagels in a bag and don't even apologize for the mistake. They have lost a regular customer and they clearly do not care. JOANN CUCCINIELLO

First time coming in here asked for a sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll, got a small coffee as well . FOR $14.65 this is ridiculous! Nothing tasted fresh! When I ask why so much she said because you got sausage ..what !

Buyer beware: $8.49 i saw for a bagel w/bacon, egg, & cheese. Wild right? Well it's 2024. I opted for a bagel with butter...$3.39 😂.
I can tell you this, prices like this will surely bring down that 42% obesity in America. Last great Bagel place i went to was called "Bagel Station" in Redbank. Big fat fluffy fresh Manhattan bagels. I'd pay $8.49 for his bagels alone. Not these with meat.
