Bagels are great. Inhad egg and cheese omlet on bagel. Crunchy and great taste. Coffee is awesome.

Large menu with a lot of options. Very good bagels. I had a Whole Wheat Everything Bagel with Egg Whites, Swiss Cheese and Turkey Bacon (see photo) and a side of Crispy Fries (photo). Lots of coffee options and the coffee is very good, too (photo)
Prices are comparable to other bagel shops
All good -- good enough to recommend and to return if I'm out this way again.
One downside --- it's primarily a takeout place. If you choose to eat in, be prepared because it is very cold in the seating area (photo) because the front door is constantly opening letting in cold air.

There bagels lost their quality. They used to be shined and dense, a little crisp on the outside. Now they are bready and soft like store bought bagels. This isn’t a real bagel.

Really bad service if you go and ask for a special make sure you ask that they have what’s in the special before you pay because that what had I purchased a special and they wanted me to pay the difference because they didn’t have the drink that was in the special like really horrible service

I was incorrectly charged over $14 for 2 bagels. I told them that the order was incorrect and not what I had ordered. Even after I left and arrived to work, I opened what I thought was my correct order but it was not. I asked for an everything bagel NOT cinnamon raisin! Bad experience for a first time customer!

What did I order and how much I’m paying for each thing all is custom items.
I went into bagel bazaar on applegarth road and the Columbian, dark roast and Costa Rican coffee were all empty and the staff behind the counter refused to make at least 1 dark roast coffee!! Regarding food, they should ask peoples first names when ordering food, so there is no confusion at the cashier's counter!! Which there is a lot of!! Unfortunately my mother likes to go there another bad experience today 8/17/25 again all the dark roast coffee was empty. I ask again if they can make one dark roast, they said no, with a face not to bother them. So, I had my niece with me and she wanted a plain bagel, not toasted with butter, who the girl behind the counter did not speak any English had to ask the other girl behind the counter what I wanted with the rest of my order. We recd our order and the plain bagel with butter and NO butter and wasn't even sliced. I returned to the counter for it to be fixed and they wanted to charge me for the butter $1.35 after making the mistake...and no coffee, what ever to customer service and say I am sorry,no charge for the butter. The heavy set woman, possibly the mgr needs to be replaced, the place has gone down hill!! Do something about it.

Disgusting !!! Old woman with glasses eating a sandwich with droppings as she is making my sandwich no gloves. She screwed up my order and it went back to put the bacon on. Gross! I have been goung there for 4 years 2-3 times a week. Not anymore.
Owner should review his staff on camera from 7:45am. Place has gone down the tubes with all the DEI hires.
I assume the owner is a woke liberal with blue hair.
