We went at 8:00 on a Sunday evening. We waited in the lobby for a few minutes before being seated. We sat for about 10 minutes before I had to get up and ask the bar tender if we could get a waiter/waitress. A few minutes later, a waitress came and apologized. It was not a busy time and one of the help was sitting and folding napkins. We received our food but were disappointed. The fries were not crisp, a bit soggy. Arrived at Grille and asked to be seated at a table. The place wasn't really busy. We sat at the table and waited for a sever. And waited and waited. At least 15 minutes went by and still no server. Went to talk to hostess and informed her no one has come to our table. Waited at least another 5 minutes and nobody. We got up and left to go somewhere else.
