Went here at 9 o'clock and waited for 10 minutes and was never greeted at drive thru. When I finally gave up and left, I could see the workers inside sitting down. They were actually hiding. Why ge t a job if you're not going to work? I actually feel bad for the owner of this place. You should really watch your employees they are going to ruin your business. I will never visit this place again.

I ordered a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. I called to ask for a partial refund since I got it as a meal, and they immediately started giving me attitude. They looked up my order and said I didn’t request to have them taken off. I looked up the order to my end and it very clearly said no lettuce no tomatoes. I offered to send a photo of both my burger and a screenshot of my order, and was told that wasn’t necessary because on her end it didn’t read that. She was treating me like I was trying to scam her from the beginning, and when I offered proof she rejected it. I work in customer service so I rarely RARELY leave negative reviews but that was such an uncomfortable experience for a $9 refund.

We stopped by to get the all-time favorite hamburger at Burger King. The burger, meat, grilled beef patty with pickles, ketchup etc. The bun was stale and the rest was also a let down. There’s nothing at all like I used to be.

Went through drive thru, after paying told to move up with no car behind us. Waited for for food for 10-15 minutes. They forgot the drinks and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for them. Employee's attitude was unpleasant and very forgetful. 2/10 - wouldn't go again.
The worst! Id say more but ive already put more effort into this review than the workers there do ever.

This restaurant needs A LOT of help!!!! Unacceptable service, very trashy and ghetto. The workers are VERY slow and SO rude!! Just fire everyone here and start over, honestly it’s the restaurants only hope.

Horrible horrible wait times any time I go. I sit At drive thru for 5 mins before any one takes my order and another 5-10 minutes to get my food at the window. It’s not just once it’s everytime I go there.

Honestly it’s a shame it’s the only BK around and it’s ran terribly.. and I say that nicely! drive thru is a joke you order.. pull up and pay then they make you go sit in parking lot for another 10 minutes even though no one else is behind you im assuming to make it look like they are getting customers out quickly? I have been sitting behind one truck for 10 minutes in drive thru and he ordered one meal… corporate needs to take back over and re vamp this place
