I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit deserved one—and not in a good way. I stopped by for a quick lunch, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The order took forever even though there were barely any customers. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger looked like it had been sitting out all morning. The bun was stale, the patty was dry, and they even forgot to add the toppings I asked for. To top it off, the dining area was dirty—tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing.
I expect fast food to be simple and at least fresh, but this was just lazy. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This seems to be the worst location in the area. The folks in the kitchen are careless and sloppy. Order is consistently wrong. You can never get your meal from the window...even when there is no one in line behind you. The ask is always to pull around to the front so they can bring it out to you. The employees always appear disoriented almost high on something. Horrible location and always a horrible experience. I'll be driving further away to the sicklerville location for a better overall experience.

Went here at 9 o'clock and waited for 10 minutes and was never greeted at drive thru. When I finally gave up and left, I could see the workers inside sitting down. They were actually hiding. Why ge t a job if you're not going to work? I actually feel bad for the owner of this place. You should really watch your employees they are going to ruin your business. I will never visit this place again.

I ordered a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. I called to ask for a partial refund since I got it as a meal, and they immediately started giving me attitude. They looked up my order and said I didn’t request to have them taken off. I looked up the order to my end and it very clearly said no lettuce no tomatoes. I offered to send a photo of both my burger and a screenshot of my order, and was told that wasn’t necessary because on her end it didn’t read that. She was treating me like I was trying to scam her from the beginning, and when I offered proof she rejected it. I work in customer service so I rarely RARELY leave negative reviews but that was such an uncomfortable experience for a $9 refund.

Not what it used to be
We stopped by to get the all-time favorite hamburger at Burger King. The burger, meat, grilled beef patty with pickles, ketchup etc. The bun was stale and the rest was also a let down. There’s nothing at all like I used to be.
