I ordered a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. I called to ask for a partial refund since I got it as a meal, and they immediately started giving me attitude. They looked up my order and said I didn’t request to have them taken off. I looked up the order to my end and it very clearly said no lettuce no tomatoes. I offered to send a photo of both my burger and a screenshot of my order, and was told that wasn’t necessary because on her end it didn’t read that. She was treating...

We stopped by to get the all-time favorite hamburger at Burger King. The burger, meat, grilled beef patty with pickles, ketchup etc. The bun was stale and the rest was also a let down. There’s nothing at all like I used to be.

Just wanted to shout out the man who took our order/gave our food this morning through the Drive Thru. This man had such a great personality and just a delight to talk to first thing in the morning. You don’t see service like that anymore.
