Definitely need to take the opportunity to give major props to Ashley of the Williamstown Cacia’s Bakery location.
I had a slight problem with my sandwich. I ordered a chicken cutlet with roasted peppers, sharp provolone and honey mustard. The sandwich was indeed very pleasing as it was big enough for 2 people. However there was a slight issue (that is not necessary to go into detail about).
I called the store, spoke with Ashley and she must have apologized at least 10 times to the point I had to let her know the apology was appreciated but by no means necessary as I am a costumer who frequents her location as much as possible.
She did offer to give me another sandwich however I was already at work in a town at least 15-20 minutes away and wouldn’t be off until late, after Cacia’s had closed for the day.
So what did she do to rectify the issue? She offered to make me another sandwich, gave me a credit AND delivered the sandwich herself!
I’ve had experience with Ashley helping me out at another time involving a non-profit I belong to. Without question she helped us tremendously and I promise you, because of the kindness and generosity, the Williamstown location is my most favorite out of the 3 near me.
If you’ve never had a sandwich from Cacia’s I urge you to give them a try, especially the location in Williamstown. You won’t be disappointed!

Their Italian hoagies and fresh bread are AMAZING! I highly recommend them to everyone I meet. I will return again and again to try more menu items.
Edit*** Ashley is AMAZING! I am an idiot and accidently ordered the wrong food and everyone was so kind and understanding and helped fix MY problem. I already highly recommend this place, but after today (day before thanksgiving) I am not sure I could even express how awesome this place is. Go.. order all the foods... you won't regret it. 😊

Everytime I go here the staff is patient as my children choose there pizza, donuts, cupcakes... never been disappointed and always very clean. The food is delicious and the staff is very accommodating.
Super cute place .did a too go to go order there . Definitely worth it. Working are super sweet. Will definitely be back !

My husband and I own a party rental business down the street and this has become our new go to! Hoagies are awesome and very decently priced and we just got a buffalo chicken cheesesteak today and I’m in heaven. I haven’t tried their pizza yet but that’s next on our list. Everyone is super friendly and we’re so happy we have this so close to us!
