How is it possible for pasta a la carbonara to be with so much fat. I don't know what your cheese is made of, but this is terrible. I would not be surprised if you tell me that you add oil or butter in it. Have you never been to Italy? I will not even talk about the pees in them... Apparently it's an American thing, which confirm that no American is going to Italy.

Tried based on reviews and recommendation from friends, but won’t be back. The staff were all very nice and service was good. The food is mediocre, especially for those of us who cook Italian food at home. Calamari Moderna was over cooked and had very little sauce. The grouper franchise special was undercooked. The veal saltimbocca was bland. Spinach had tons of garlic in it and was on the watery side. Was so hoping to like this restaurant because it’s close to home. The sangria was good though. The decor could definitely use a refresh.

We had a birthday gettogether a couple of month ago after a high-school sport event nearby and were impressed by the service. We had a half-year-old baby that had to be rolled around every now and then and all the waiters were cool about it which we appreciate. The waitress that served us was attentive and asked around often. The food was good and reasonably priced in our opinion. Plenty of parking space at the back of the building. We regard this place as quite a gem in the Monroe neighborhood.

Went there to celebrate my wife's 70th Birthday with some family and friends. The food and service was absolutely delicious and top notch.
We just walked out of Ciro's and paid $70 for 6 shots of Titos Vodka. I mean for real. This is more than NYC or even San Francisco bar pricing. What do they think they are selling? It was lunch time, at the bar, no real divine atmosphere and heavenly pricing? I did not want to create a scene and just paid and walked out but, I feel cheated.
I never ask for drink prices before ordering but I guess norms are changing and if you want to go for some drinks here - know what you will be paying before you order.
Avoid the bar as a plague - there are plenty other bars in the area that cost less than half of what they charge.
Update: Haven't been there in a while due to busy life. Walk in, and it's like family. So friendly. Observed servers going out of their way to please customer's requests. Food, still fresh and delish! The Cream of Broccoli & Carrot soup was delicious!! Love their house salad dressing! Busy with parties. We ate at the bar. College football was on. Great afternoon. Worth the money!! Don't want to spend a lot, the bar area (they also have tables in the bar area) offers apps, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, etc. Much better than $27 @ McDonald's for junk food!

Took my family today to celebrate my moms 85th birthday. This was our first time. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. This place is great! I was looking for a place that would be a convenient meeting place since some family members live in Delaware and others in New York. The food and the service was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed their meals and our server, David took great care of us. We will certainly be back.
