Pizza was burnt and not hot. And I was waiting. How is that possible? They must have given me an old one

The GArlic Knots!!! Out of the this world amazing. There on point with there sausage pizza as well. But for dinner was the lobster parm hoagies . We normally have left overs. Not this time. Late night we both finished it. So good. Best of luck guys. See you soon

I’ve been coming here for the past five years and the food is just as tasteful as it always has been even with the new owners in town. The pizza is delicious the new owner is super friendly and the staff is very attentive!

Can't agree more just don't, tried pizza for the first time in several years yesterday after not liking it initially with new owners and worst fears confirmed. Flavorless ,too thick, got three slices down only because I didn't want to throw away a whole $17 and in the garbage the rest went. I guess there's a reason the dining room is empty after it was always packed under previous ownership
Well, I’m going to say and try to be as respectful as possible, is this is the worst pizza in the area for every reason. The service is OK. However, the pizza is near tasteless. There’s not enough sauce and the sauce has no flavor anyway. I got a large pie with half sausage and half pepperoni. I couldn’t even taste the flavor of the pepperoni or the sausage. All the food seems to be entry-level at best. I’m so disappointed because I’m tired of the other options in our area, however, those are much, much better.

Disappointed with take out slices. Wanted to give new owners a try. Slices had no taste and did not represent a marked improvement over D&T's previous owners.

If the wait staff paid the same attention to the customer, as they do talking to friends, it might be a little better.
Plain interior. Nothing fancy but it appears clean.
Food is standard. Mediocre at best. Not the best not the worst. It's just meh.
Prices are fair. Average
Don't run there....your not missing much. Antonio's is better. And even there, meh.

EDIT: Gave the shop another chance and they are getting up to speed. The pizza quality is the same as before, very good. The service is still the weak point here but they seem to be getting up to speed with the pacing of a lunch rush.

Recently under new ownership and the service has gone completely down. Will not come back here and this was my go-to lunch place for years. RIP to a great pizza spot

New owners took over. Pizza is just as bad. They still have the same pizza maker. They need to get rid of him. I ordered a few different pies well done and they were undercooked. I ordered a white pie and it was covered with mozzarella cheese On top of the ricotta. That is not a white pie. We need a good pizza place in the area. This place supposed has a place somewhere else. I can only imagine how bad that place is.

Having recently relocated to Monroe Township, NJ, I decided to check out the nearest family-owned pizza place to my new home. I discovered D&T Pizza at 1600 Perrineville Rd, NJ. For me, the true test of any pizzeria is their pepperoni pizza, and D&T did not disappoint! The large pie I ordered was fantastic – the crust was nearly perfect, the pepperoni was spot on, and the sauce had a delicious flavor. I do prefer a bit more sauce, so I’ll make sure to request extra on my next order.

For three years since moving to Monroe Township this has been our favorite place for pizza, subs and other Italian foods. Today I ordered an Italian sub and onion rings. First order under the new owner.
I noticed immediately that the quality of the roll on the sub had declined. It was no longer firm, tasty Italian bread but was now dry, crumbly and without flavor. The Italian sub had only two meats in it - regular generic ham and pepperoni. I saw exactly one thin slice of salami. Pepperoni does not belong in an Italian sub unless requested! There was only one layer of provolone but that tasted as it should.
The first onion ring I ate had no actual onion in it! The second two had small bits of onion but the whole serving of rings was soggy.
I will give this place another chance to see if the pizzas are still as good as under the original owners, but, as of tonight, I'm disappointed in this transition.
