I ordered a plain pizza with extra cheese for my 4 year old son and I guess the online order system glitched because for some reason my order ended up having ranch dressing as my sauce for the pizza??? I never even knew you could do that, but either way I never changed any of the sauce status while ordering. The only thing I added was extra cheese and when I called the store to fix the issue they told me they couldn’t do anything about it since it was already made. I am now deleting the entire app as a whole, this never happened to me before and I’m extremely upset that no one could even help me figure out why this happened. Poor customer service. Will never order from here again.

Really disappointed with Domino's located at 127 S. Black Horse Pike, Williamstown NJ this time. My pizza arrived visibly burnt — crust was blackened, and the cheese was overcooked and dry. I understand mistakes happen, but this shouldn’t have left the kitchen. I’ve had better experiences with Domino’s before, which makes this even more frustrating. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. Hoping this was just a one-off, but quality control needs serious attention.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and it came with only cheese and the steak was burnt to a crisp call the manager Nick and he gave me nothing but an attitude kept speaking over me as if I didn’t have any words in regards to the order he was very unprofessional. I’m very disrespectful. Someone needs to evaluate his position. Shame on your Nick.
I ordered the buffalo pizza for delivery. It was dry and tasteless. When I asked for a replacement I was told I had to buy another one from the manager.

I always have difficulty signing into the app. Because of this I have lost TWO free “emergency “ pizzas and do not accumulate rewards. The store is unable or unwilling to assist or provide any direction. It is bothersome and never quick and easy. I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle to visit this store over any of the other many pizza shops in the area.

I have had Domino's pizza at other locations in the past and it was exceptional pizza. I ordered from the Williamstown n.j. location, for the first time tonight, my usual lg hand tossed, it was lousy, it was so crunchy, think and not a hint of hot. I called the store and told them, they said I would need to bring it back, no problem, I hadn't left the parking lot yet. They said it was a hand tossed and that's how they make it there. What happened to satisfying the customer. Highly disappointed in their pizza. I called the store this morning and spoke with the manager, who said that she was going to talk to her employees and make sure they are making the pizza's properly, she couldn't have been nicer and also issued me a credit. She thinks they got the crust mixed up
