I always have difficulty signing into the app. Because of this I have lost TWO free “emergency “ pizzas and do not accumulate rewards. The store is unable or unwilling to assist or provide any direction. It is bothersome and never quick and easy. I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle to visit this store over any of the other many pizza shops in the area.

I have had Domino's pizza at other locations in the past and it was exceptional pizza. I ordered from the Williamstown n.j. location, for the first time tonight, my usual lg hand tossed, it was lousy, it was so crunchy, think and not a hint of hot. I called the store and told them, they said I would need to bring it back, no problem, I hadn't left the parking lot yet. They said it was a hand tossed and that's how they make it there. What happened to satisfying the customer. Highly disappointed in their pizza. I called the store this morning and spoke with the manager, who said that she was going to talk to her employees and make sure they are making the pizza's properly, she couldn't have been nicer and also issued me a credit. She thinks they got the crust mixed up

Ghetto, food was a mess. Waited 45 mins and stuff was wrong. Asked for it to be fixed and they said they will just give a credit where I call and say I want another of the item. No thank you. Gave me a hard time saying they cannot refund the order. Then the manager refused to come to the front when I asked to speak to her.

After paying $60 for two pizzas a Brownie, and a soda I was left with nothing but disappointment the cheese was on the top of the box smashed together also, drenched and sauce, it was so soggy you couldn’t pick up a slice without it falling apart. It was so unappealing to the eye. No one touched anything the brownie was as hard as rocks. I put a Request for a refund through the BOT I haven’t heard anything it’s been a week. I literally just called the store now and the woman who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t be sure if the manager would call me back about $60 worth of food that I did not eat because she has a lot going on !!!But I am so confused because I thought it was the customers who made sure the lights are on and paid the employees. I will not quit until I get my refund !!!! Disgusting food disgusting service!
