Worst Dunkin of America
They made me wait for 20 mins in front of the drive through window and the worker just kept looking at me while doing other things and guess what I ordered lol a water bottle I though drive through were suppose to be fast but they got kids working there worst service every no proper management can’t believe I had to wait 20 mins for water bottle. Also I left without even taking the water bottle got me so late to my work. I could’ve rather drove to a different Dunkin and got faster service don’t ever go here worst place

Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that. Especially on Sept 11. Be happy and be proud- not a whiney PITA. Bravo to the staff for their courteous and customer dedicated demeanor.

Not good experience. They are asking charge for extra empty cup when I needed for baby after i purchased. The qty for small mocha is filled 3/4. Will not visit again.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! They literally refused to add milk to the coffee ordered. NEVER had this happened ANYWHERE in the world. DONT GO.

I order the 2 wraps chipotle sandwich and when i got home and about it the WRAP was so dry
The wrap don't even have the sauce of the chipotle
So whats the point of calling it CHIPOTLE SANDWICH waste of $7

They are located on a prime community. But the service they are providing is not up to the standards.
1 - not friendly with the customers.
2- they deny making dark roast all the time ( either they say machine is broken or not available every single time - apply when you ask the old lady )
3 - keep the bathrooms locked and allowed only for customers is fine but, they will unlock only if you buy at the store 1st lol 😂
4- coffee is more like a hot water than the regular coffee- it’s better at the other did in Applegarth rd

I have been to this DD so many times. Trust me when i say they have the worst drinks on earth. They dont know how to make coffee. I literally spend so much on their coffee just for me to threw it out. This DD is horrible. Please fire those workers and hire some new ones who actually know how to make coffee. Absolutely disgusting!!!

They need to serve food with a smile, Period . The old lady at the drive thru counter is not competent to work in a customer service role . Food is hit or miss.

Beware of mobile orders. I placed a mobile order here for walk-in pickup. When I arrived they said they had no record of my order. So I showed them my confirmation order with my app. The cashier proceeded to “look” at my order and then insisted that the reason why the order didn’t go through was because I had insufficient funds in the app. I thought this was strange, but I listened and replenished my funds. The order went through and they gave me my order. When I got back to my car I looked back at my transaction history to find that they charged me AGAIN for the same order. The cashier was extremely deceitful so I ended up paying $10 for my $5 order. I believe they incorrectly gave my order to someone else and then made me pay again. I reported the issue to Dunkin customer service to get a refund for the order I was wrongly charged for. I won’t be using this location again.
