Honestly, it's a very nice Dunkin! It is very well maintained and very clean. Truthfully, I cannot rate this Dunkin a 5, although on some level for appearances alone, it should be. However, there are no condiments out and no extra napkins for people to utilize. That's just not cool at all! So maybe, if this changes down the line, I can give this restaurant what it deserves which would be a 5. In the interim, it will remain as is.

I arrived a little early for my appt in the same shopping center at 10am (appt is at 10:30am), so I waited in the Dunkin. After 15 mins, a guy swing by and told me I can't sit there without buying any food. The entire store has only 5 customers (less than 10% occupancy). I picked a small 2 persons table so I am not occupying a big table for myself either. I never know that dunkin does not allow non-paying customer anymore. I was planning to have lunch here after my appt but that scrape the plan. I am happy that I now switch to Panera Bread as my go-to coffee spot. Beside the hashbrown I ordered to make them happy is not even prepared properly as they are still pale and not a bit of brown.

Worse customer service ever, staff there are so rude and disrespectful to customers, they leave the window and don't even answer you, people who work there are liars and can't be even called customer service they don't know anything about doing a good service, they charge extra for everything late flavor and whipped cream while none of the other stores do that, the manager doesn't accept his staff are wrong and opposite of all customer service for him customers are wrong when they call to complaint about how rude his staff are, never will go to this store again due to multiple times issues with them

Best Dunkin going Hot coffee always And fresh !!!! They wash their coffee pots not like these other Dunkin Donuts their coffee taste like MUDD and this is only Dunkin that actually puts jelly in their jelly donut AMAZING !!! and great tasting donuts Except 3:00 or later donuts not so fresh It's worth the trip for sure Once you come here you'll never go elsewhere

Only reason I didn’t give food 5⭐️ is because I don’t drink coffee. But, the service here is excellent. Each time I do go they’re friendly, quick, I don’t get lids that aren’t secured. I drive out of my way to come here, solely because of their staff. Thank you ??

Wow East Windsor DD shuts down so no problem I'll go to Monroe, and keep it in the family. Big Big mistake. Extra LG coffee with senor discount at EW 3.69! Monroe 4.43 ??? Back to McDonald's for me!
