Very disappointing experience. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited.

Today, I purchased about $20 worth of coffee and a wrap. After ordering, I went to my car briefly and then came back to sit at a table to charge my laptop.

One employee came over and told me I needed to buy something to use the table. I politely explained that I had already made a purchase, and he walked away. Shortly after, another employee approached me again and spoke very rudely, even after I showed him my receipt.

The situation escalated unnecessarily. The employee pointed his finger at me, argued, and showed complete disrespect. He clearly does not know how to treat customers.

This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially toward a paying customer. Because of this experience, I will not recommend this location to anyone, and I will stop buying from Dunkin going forward.

just went here and ordered a midnight brew and they gave me their regular brew. Then i ordered hash browns and asked for ketchup at the speaker and window and didn't get any ketchup. Plus it was very rushed. Unimpressed.

My experience at this Dunkin Donuts was horrible. Yesterday Sunday morning (12/7/2025), I went in to get a refresher drink and a frozen matcha. I was explaining to the lady what I wanted and she began to get excited and rude because I think that her English wasn't all that great. I asked her to calm down. She ended up getting my order wrong as it pertained to the frozen matcha and gave me matcha with ice instead. I try to tell the manager that she was rude and that she needed to calm down, but he did nothing and they started speaking spanish and laughing. Overall, I was displeased with the services due to their rudeness.😖😤 They need to do better and learn better English, instead of taking it out on the customer and getting the order wrong so to deliver better services! I will not go back!!

Stopped here for breakfast. The Restroom is locked.
Asked counter person to open but they said NO. They said noone uses the restroom unless you pay first. I walked out and went to Mc Donald's. Won't be back ever again.

The Halloween decorations were so cool. They seem to be really into celebrating the holidays which is kind of neat to see. The staff was Friendly and I got my order pretty quickly

I do not recommemd at all this Dunkin Donuts. This morning I went in to get medium French vanilla hot coffee, light and sweet. And an everything bagel toasted dark. Was given bagel basically raw. Not even qualifying as lightly toasted. Had to have put through a second time. The coffee was boiling hot, not French vanilla, and not sweet. Wasted my almost $5 dollars. Not the first time issues. Do Nor Go Hear!! Save your money. Go to wawa or anywhere else....

The drive through is dangerous to pedestrians using the parking lot. The drive through has a blind corner, drivers do not stop at the crosswalk. I was nearly hit by a truck today. Driver not paying attention rolled right through the crosswalk while I was about to enter it. This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen.

Disappointed After Years of Loyalty
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for over 10 years, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing. I brought four teenage boys in for breakfast and drinks. They ordered Coolattas, but the server mistakenly gave them frozen coffee instead. The kids immediately pointed out the mistake, and the sales staff was ready to correct it — but the lady owner refused to replace the drinks.

Rather than argue and disappoint the boys, I ended up paying again for the correct order. To make it worse, the owner kept the incorrect frozen coffees as well. The salespeople were kind and helpful, but the owner’s attitude was completely lacking in customer service.

This used to be my go-to Dunkin’, but this experience really changed how I feel about the place. A little understanding and accountability would’ve gone a long way.

Terrible customer service. Trying to buy 50 munchkins and they tried to charge me for two 25 packs (more expensive). Then another customer asked for the bathroom and they refused to let them use it unless they bought something.

This place is getting out of hand with rules .. tables and outlets are reserved for DD guest who made a purchase..now you can't use the bathrooms without purchasing an item .. getting way out of hand with these rules..what's next new rule.. the tables and chairs get never cleaned ..you have to ask them to clean a table ..when you ask them they give you an attitude.. all they care about is the drive thru customers ..stay away from tis place .. customers beware..there also was juice on the floor so instead of the employee mopping it she place a wet floor sign over it ..never come back here again..
