Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location for over 10 years, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing. I brought four teenage boys in for breakfast and drinks. They ordered Coolattas, but the server mistakenly gave them frozen coffee instead. The kids immediately pointed out the mistake, and the sales staff was ready to correct it — but the lady owner refused to replace the drinks.
Rather than argue and disappoint the boys, I ended up paying again for the correct order. To make it worse, the owner kept the incorrect frozen coffees as well. The salespeople were kind and helpful, but the owner’s attitude was completely lacking in customer service.
This used to be my go-to Dunkin’, but this experience really changed how I feel about the place. A little understanding and accountability would’ve gone a long way.

Terrible customer service. Trying to buy 50 munchkins and they tried to charge me for two 25 packs (more expensive). Then another customer asked for the bathroom and they refused to let them use it unless they bought something.

This place is getting out of hand with rules .. tables and outlets are reserved for DD guest who made a purchase..now you can't use the bathrooms without purchasing an item .. getting way out of hand with these rules..what's next new rule.. the tables and chairs get never cleaned ..you have to ask them to clean a table ..when you ask them they give you an attitude.. all they care about is the drive thru customers ..stay away from tis place .. customers beware..there also was juice on the floor so instead of the employee mopping it she place a wet floor sign over it ..never come back here again..

Didn’t order powdered munchkins, but that’s what I received. I’m actually allergic to the powdered sugar, so this was really disappointing and could’ve been dangerous. Please double check orders more carefully.

I am giving 1 start because I am a sitting customer, paid for drinks and donuts and when when I requested a cup of water for a kid, they said I have to pay for it. Is this going to be the new way now to treat customers? Good luck for you to earn my business...

Hi! I hope everyone is doing well. My friends and I were kicked out for accidentally spilling a drink. I’m not sure if they thought we were doing it on purpose, it genuinely was an accident. I’m upset that they told us to leave without giving a concrete reason, even though we cleaned up the spill and apologized and everything. It’s just disappointing because the situation could have been handled a lot better. I don’t want to be a Karen or anything but really confused on why we were treated this way. I don’t believe that we were being disruptive or a nuisance. We were simply sitting there, talking, and laughing until the spill. Then we cleaned it up and were kicked out. We’re truly sorry about the spill but please, next time if an accident happens, address it correctly if possible and with reason. Thank you.

Went around 7pm and they actually had sold out of munchkins but wasn’t the end of the world and the cashier said that she still had a few donuts left. She was very nice and she was very patient with us. Definitely recommend instead of the other Dunkin down the road.
