This place use to be good. I gave them a third last try but their iced coffees are very bad now. People their aren't trained correctly on making coffee or something. Just read the other reviews. Your welcome.

This is my local Dunkin. Been coming here for years. I'm usually in and out or popping thru the DT. They get the job done and I move on. Nothing too special but they are nice folks. Not writing home to Mama about my experience there but nothing to complain about at the same time.

listen I do not post bad reviews but this experience, was uniquely hilarious...Item 1) The cashier on the drive-through line dropped the bag of my food on the floor and then proceeded to do this elaborate switch aro. he handed the dropped bag to one of the expediters who brought it back to the donut section and placed the dropped bag it at the top of the donut rack. he then procured a new bag and put a random donut in the bag (not even a donut I ordered), and swiftly grabbed the dropped bag up top en passante style, to make it look like they were replacing the food. he then gave the dropped bag back to the cashier and scurried off with the deceptive dummy bag. The Cashier then handed the bag that had been dropped to me with a big smile like they replaced the food. I almost laughed it was too funny.Item 2) they put cheese on my bagel when I asked them not to.

This Dunkin is placed nicely with outdoor seating and a larger indoor seating area. It's pretty busy but the service is good and friendly.

This Dunkin location serves the only really good frozen blended coffee Frappuccino-type drinks I've had in many years.Instead of tasting like nothing more than ice, milk, and a whiff of coffee and syrup, they never fail to serve me an actual dessert of sweet, frozen coffee with addictive crunchy toffee candy.Always fresh and tasty donuts and avocado toast too, and of course really pleasant customer service.

Always fresh and tasty donuts and avocado toast too, and of course really pleasant customer service. There's a particularly friendly and affable gentleman who's a little bit older and he always makes me smile.

By far the rudest clerks I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. Tried to change my order before I paid and was told, "You cannot, your order is done already". So, it seems once they enter it in their system, they don't want to change it? No, I won't be going back, but I post this to alert other folks to what experience awaits them at this particular restaurant. And a bigger problem is that when you call corporate to complain, they blow you off and don't even have the class to return a phone call. It's OK, D & D, I know you think you are too big to worry about a dissatisfied customer, but remember, what goes around comes around. Economies cycle and people do remember. How many Jack in the Boxes are still around? How about Quiznos?

I usually get a drink from any Dunkin’ Donuts location and request for them to put the whipped cream in a small expresso shot glass for my fur baby. This location the lady at the window charged me 1.50 in order to do that which doesn’t make sense to me since the only difference is the cup being given to me. Bhazi disapproves two paws down.
