Ordered a cookie butter cold brew with foam and cream and they originally gave me the cold brew without cream. The girl at the window was clueless and rude. I asked her to have them add cream. Then she handed me a different drink, it’s not even close to what I ordered . It’s missing any semblance of coffee. It taste like dirt water. Save your money and taste buds and avoid this dunkin

They ladies that work there are so rude and very mad all the time like I have been there 3 times now cause of work everytime they are rude . You pull up to the window they snatch you card out of your hand. This is how u run your business while I am ok I don't want you coffee not even sure if I should drink It the last one I threw out cause It just didn't seem right the way they acted.Also how long it took to get it.Its not ok to let your workers to rude to customers just cause they hate them selfs the job its not are fault this is such a horrible experience from there all 3 times there it wasn't like It was one no all 3 times you lost my money I know that. And I read all the other reviews they are all saying the same thing I am wow and they are still there shows who ever is the manager don't care about the customer.n

Always giving an attitude to customers. Pulled up and the girl let us order everything we were getting then proceeded to tell us to pull up.Where a different guy took my card and let us pay.Got our donuts and we were waiting for our bagels and then another person comes to the window and just says “we don’t have everything what do you want” ,such a rude and ignorant experience and to top that off they were arguing and joking around talking while holding our food in the window.
Shout out to the nicest barista tatted up an all I forget her name ..but yeah I like coffee and donuts

It's the same setup as every Dunkin'. The staff seem friendly and they are pretty fast with getting orders out. Most times when I stop here, I get get a large hot French Vanilla , extra cream and sugar.

I’m pretty simple. The fanciest thing about me today was that I placed a mobile order for a plain hot coffee at 7:41pm just so I didn’t have to explain to anyone that I only wanted coffee with cream and no sugar. I placed my order while sitting in the parking lot where I could visibly see all the lights on and proceeded to pull into the drive thru. Upon approaching the speaker, the automatic message alerted me that the store was closed. Surely this couldn’t be, as I was able to place a mobile order and the store doesn’t close until 8 so I pulled up to the drive thru window and the girl inside saw me and ducked. Now I’m out the money I spent on a coffee I don’t have. Sadly, this isn’t my first time having an issue with this store so I feel inclined to share today’s bizarre experience. Please hire people that actually want to work. Sincerely, a really tired girl that desperately needs a cup of coffee.

Normally, I always get good service and have had no issues with food here. But this morning I ordered two wake up wraps, I always say bacon well done along with other items and I don’t even know how they can give this type of bacon to customers. Don’t they have timers on the food they cook? I have never seen bacon Undercooked like this from them. Super fatty ?

Stopped at 12:30 on a Saturday for an iced coffee and to use the bathroom. We tried to go to the bathroom first, only to find out that it was locked. As we turned around, someone called out, that the bathrooms are locked and they don't have the key. I don't believe that the staff working has no bathroom. I didn't bother to give them my business after that!
There is a childish, degenerate who works the early morning shift on Saturdays. (may have had a facial piercing) He handed me my order whilst cracking up in laughter. I'm sure his buddy spit in my avocado toast. What else could be so blatantly funny in this bigoted part of Jersey that employs complete losers with the same sentiment. I was way too tired to respond at the moment and would have otherwise informed him just how barbaric it is to laugh while handing food to strangers. Shameless, stupid, savage .. Just hire a filthy dog st this location and put it in a Dunkin uniform, I'd be more satisfied with that than the scum working there.

The lady work today wed April 10th 4:30 was handling food without gloves and the rudest worker. She didn't say a word handed me the bags. I'm sitting there wondering where the rest of my food is she sees me staring comes to the window and finally speaks and all that is said is "I'm getting the rest" came back with the rest a few minutes later and still said nothing. Hope she finds some happiness, obviously a sad child.

On 4/3/24 at 4:21pm the rudest staff member took my order and when I questioned who took my order the girl laughed said both of us and walked away continuing to laugh. I will go out of my way to not go to this location again.
