The lady work today wed April 10th 4:30 was handling food without gloves and the rudest worker. She didn't say a word handed me the bags. I'm sitting there wondering where the rest of my food is she sees me staring comes to the window and finally speaks and all that is said is "I'm getting the rest" came back with the rest a few minutes later and still said nothing. Hope she finds some happiness, obviously a sad child.

On 4/3/24 at 4:21pm the rudest staff member took my order and when I questioned who took my order the girl laughed said both of us and walked away continuing to laugh. I will go out of my way to not go to this location again.

Staff is always great but they close way too early. Can’t get an after dinner coffee because they close at 6 pm. Also, you can’ no longer get cream in your coffee if you DoorDash. You pay a fortune for it and can’t get the cream you want in your coffee.

i just dealt with the rudest morning shift ever. they couldn’t hear me through the speaker because of the truck and were mad that i said i’ll pull around to the window. then after i told her at the window what i wanted in my coffee she came back with nothing of what i asked for. didn’t have any manners and didn’t say a word to me. so i went back inside and they made me stand there for 5 mins. no one was in line and they kept looking at me. no one came over to help me. so finally i said something and they put the caramel in my coffee. still no manners and didn’t apologize for the attitudes or anything. so unprofessional

As a customer of Dunkin for a long time I don’t recommend this one, staff is very rude with attitude and always seems to be short whenever I have a problem with my food management is either not there or takes a long time to accommodate customers. I have also seen suspicious activities it is not the best area. Employees but with a grey shirt not a regular crew member selling paraphernalia out in the in the parking lot as I’m eating. Honestly do not recommend.

Just started frequenting DD again, my wallet does not appreciate however this location has staff that is on point! I usually pass if drive thrus seems pretty full, but not here! I have complete faith it will move swiftly and it sure does. My order has never been wrong. One other thing that made me want to share a great experience is I had a question about the app, a young girl working there did not have the answer for me but said she should know since she worked there. I didn’t want to hold the line and wait for a manager. I figured it out on my own, but I was impressed that she acknowledged she should know. To me it showed that they really care!

I asked for a dozen mixed donuts (drive-thru) when I got to my office meeting I was so disappointed! Most were plain, 2 of each plain donut you have. I expected yummy, filled, frosting, fruity, chocolate - but got all plain. Won't depend on a worker to pick out my donuts ever again! ?

I go through the drive through about everyday for one drink majority of the time. I loved getting my drink, even remembering staffs names, overall was such friendly energy. The staff has turned so rude I noticed the past few weeks. There’s a few staff members that aren’t rude, that were OG’s, but majority of the newer staff are so uncomfortable. I have heard multiple occasions from the same guy about making people’s orders slower because they ask about their order waiting time. One girl that gives attitude 24/7 every time, doesn’t response to even ‘thank you’ and gives off rude vibes. I love Dunkin but I’m starting to feel like not going here because of the staff. I miss the old friendly Dunkin location in our williamstown community.. :(
