Chicken empanada taste like just potatoes wrapped in crust. Next to no chicken in it.

Yeah seen these scammers at the Monmouth Park Food truck festival, why or how do you charge people 15 dollars for 2 tenders and disgusting fries, tenders weren’t even fully cooked and I bought two, for my cousin and I and it was awful, never eat at this place if they can’t make 2 tenders and a handful of fries what makes you think they can make any food, thank god I was hungover or I would’ve just thrown the food back into your shitty truck.

We were very excited about Colombian food at Holland Ridge farm today and ordered empanadas, salchipapas, choripapas and arepa with steak.
The empanadas didn't have beef, full of potatoes and tasted like being reheated 100 times.
The sausage and chorizo used are the cheapest ones.
The arepa was sweet, doesn't make sense to combine with steak, and the steak was really shredded and not good.
The Colombiana soda was the only thing was good.
As Colombians, we're very disappointed and spent almost $80, not cheap.

Empanadas were mostly potato filled and didn't have a whole lot of flavor. Basically just shell, potatoes and beef or chicken, nothing else. Maybe this is a classic simple recipe but was hoping for more.
