Placed an order a half hr in advance that involved chicken cutlets. I got there 35min later and was told they ran out of chicken cutlets..lol No call or apology. I was told we are making fresh ones now. When I told her I couldn't wait thats why I called in advance she replied with ok don't worry about it, like she was doing me a favor.

We waited 2 hours for the food and the person who answered was incredibly rude. She hung up on my husband twice and sounded like she was banging the phone on the counter. Very unprofessional. We had been ordering from this place almost every Friday for the past 5+ years. They accused us of not providing our address which we gave them at the beginning of the call. The last time we ordered they forgot to give us a pizza. Service here has really gone downhill. This place is very disappointing. Will never order from here again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Andrew is just a GEM 💎 I ordered today for my Mother 's Birthday, Delivery was Spot on, HOT and ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!!!!!! From the Spinach Salad, Chicken Ravello to the moist Toasted Almond cake, they even gave a card!!!!! WONDERFUL!! 5☆☆☆☆☆

The pizza is good, I would eat this again. However, the sandwiches are another thing. The bread is toasted but toasted so the bread crumbles and cracks making it difficult to eat. Sauces on the chicken Parm and chicken vodka parm are so under seasoned, the chicken just taste like wet meat.

I'd suggest staying away from any bread and sticking with the pizza.
