We attended the Tarot card event. It was very poorly organized. There were approximately 40 attendees and there were no chairs for us. We had to ask for a table and chairs. Did they expect us to stand for 3 hours while waiting for our reading? The food was cold fruit, cheese and grilled vegetables. We had to ask for crackers to go with the cheese. We each paid $94 to attend. I thought Scotland Run was better than this. We will not be attending one of these events again!
It was very loud. There was a large table seated in the middle of dining area. They were very loud. They should have been put to one side of room so it did not affect all the guests. We could not hear our selves speak. It was disappointing.
We had a great time celebrating a birthday here. The fall decorations were great. The food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. She was sweet, patient with the older ladies and fun.
I had a wonderful time at the Sip & Joga event.. Our yoga teacher was so informative, whether you were a beginner or advanced.. She explained every move .. It was an amazing yoga class.. And of course, afterwards I had brunch at the Highlander Pub & Grille.. Where the variety of food is always delicious.. I will definitely be doing it again.. Thanks Rita Santiago
We love getting together with our friends there, it's always an enjoyable experience. Dina, or server, was fantastic!!
Everything exceptional! Sat for 2 hours and no one asked us to move along! Will definitely be back soon. Manger even came out and introduced himself and asked if everything was good and if there was anything else we needed
Our food and cocktails was amazing! The ambience was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the live music! The servers were attentive. The whole experience was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!
Always a fantastic experience at Scotland Run. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!
Terrific menu and bar options. The calamari app was outstanding. Our entrees were all tasty. The ambiance outside is outstanding. Beautiful landscaping, parachuters from the nearby airport in the air, and a bagpiper on the greens. Live music at just the right volume so you can enjoy the songs and still talk at the table without screaming. Perfect! The only minus of the night was that the server delivered the entrees before we finished the apps. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable. I'd definitely go back.
Had a fine experience again. Food was very good, musician great as always, ran into one drink difficulty and Manager Jason fixed it immediately, continuing their excellence in service we have had every time. We will continue to remain social members and attend regularly.

My wife and i always have a great experience at Scotland Run's Highlander Pub. Very good food and excellent, very attentive service along with unique ambiance
Disappointed with the Sunday brunch. My husband had the caprese salad. The tomatoes were a pale red. We are in NJ where the tomatoes are the best. Really people, take advantage of what is available. My shrimp was not cleaned well. Of the 4 shrimp, 2 were clean and 2 had veins hanging off. Omelet was tasteless, maybe watered down? A spread that looked like it had been sitting out since yesterday. A nametag for each dish would have been nice. Food could have been hotter. Desert table was pitiful. Service was polite and attentive when we could find the server. There were only 4 tables in total. What was good: potatoes, bacon, prime rib, turkey and gravy, and fruit
Beautiful early dinner sitting on the patio. Our burger and club sandwich were tasty. Our server Kylie was very attentive and super friendly and we liked having her as our waitress-she made it a nice experience. We do miss the happy hour that used to start at 3pm and had a nice selection of small dishes. We came often back then. Now you have to be a member of the social club or golf course for a short happy hour with very limited Happy hour food options. That's not for us-at all. Bummed about the change. Overall a nice dinner though.
The food is always excellent and presented so tastefully. Though the menu is set there are daily specials. We have had only positive experiences and dine there often.
Scotland Run never disappoints. The food and staff are always great! The ambience with the gardens is always amazing to see .
