It took 20 minutes to a get a milkshake, over 35 minutes to get our food and when we did the order was wrong. I never send food back to the kitchen. I requested what was missing. That took another 15 minutes. Sat patiently and watched 3 other parties who came in after we ordered receive their food before us. 12/7/24

Attention corporate : And this is why companies close down. It's not the first time we dine here and it's one thing that prices are unavoidably high but when staff are incompetent and your order is an hour and a half late ( at that time is when they let us know they don't have sausage) and it's not that busy, we'll giving one star is too much when you have to ask for boxes to go when you dine in. Packed with employees standing in the sidelines. Incredible. Get ready to join the ranks of Kmart, Blockbuster and so forth. It felt like it was being run like a lunchroom. Last time we dine here

If I can read this restaurant below the one I would the service was very lousy the food was very lousy the atmosphere or the restaurant is very dirty I would never recommend it to anyone unfortunately when you go to pay the bill you have to wait until they go to the kitchen to get your change because no money or no cashier allowed at the front and this is a very lazy policy I missed a meeting that I supposed to be in because I have to wait that long

The food was delicious and well-prepared. It was served fast. The waitress was nice. Just the place looked like a cafeteria, not that had to be sophisticated, but they could've refreshed it a little bit
Service was very poor. Granted it was a Sat morning around nine and I was dining alone. After being seated and waiting.. my neighboring tables waitress brought me a drink. Finally my waitress came and I placed an order… Pancakes. After OVER twenty plus minutes I got up and left. Will not be back

Didn't even think they were open they had no lights on outside went in no one was in there the entire time I was there food was ok Server was very good it was Sunday I ate there when we left parking lot had absolutely no lots on they looked closed Don't now how they stay in business

I am done ordering through your website to have my food delivered. You seem to never get my order correct. I clearly asked for onion rings and you gave me fries. How hard is it for your workers to read and comprehend what is ordered????? So that there are no errors in providing the food requested and paid for. I called but no one answers so this is the only way I can inform you that I'm fed up and done.
