Restaurant was not clean. Food tasted gross and wasn't cooked properly. It was like they didnt clean cooking surface in between the different orders. Silverware and dishes looked gross. We had chocolate all over and no one ordered food with chocolate. Won't be returning to this location unfortunately

Ordered a short stack of original pancakes and they were delivered incredibly fast, so fast that they forgot to fully cook the pancake. Told my waitress, who was lovely, gave her back the half eaten pancakes and then her manager only wanted to give me 20% off, since I only got half of my food, it seems logical to only pay half. Won't be returning with my business and you should avoid unless you like unsafely cooked food.

I ordered on UberEats and called in to see if they could put all the meat on the side because my partner is vegetarian for health reasons. The staff who picked up the phone said she would make sure to do her best to get my request in, and the kitchen ended up fulfilling that request. Thank you for being accommodating even though I didn't dine in. The food was good too!

Man, I didn’t even know IHOP still had a pulse. It’s been about 18 years since I set foot in one, and somehow it felt both exactly the same and slightly weirder. I went with a few friends and a small army of kids, because nothing says “quiet, peaceful meal” like a chorus of under-12 chaos. The menu? Massive. Truly a “something for everyone” situation, which is how my picky son ended up with chicken fingers—one of the sacred six foods he will actually eat. I ordered protein pancakes and an omelet, and both were pretty solid. I even appreciated that they had a protein pancake option—didn’t see that coming. My friends got the “gluten friendly” pancakes, which they swore were suspiciously delicious… the kind of good that makes you start side-eyeing the kitchen and Googling the difference between gluten friendly and gluten free.
Cold brew coffee, however, was a crime against beans. Service was friendly enough but sluggish, and “attentive” is not a word I’d throw around here. Portions were cartoonishly huge, so you won’t leave hungry. Atmosphere was bland chain-restaurant beige, but we were the ones making most of the noise, so maybe we’re the reason it wasn’t relaxing. All in all? Not bad for a nostalgia trip, but still not somewhere I’m rushing back to unless the craving for questionable cold brew hits—which, let’s be honest, it won’t.

Loved it very good. Great server... pancakes are awesome
I ordered my food to be picked up. I waited almost 35 minutes before going and waiting for my order. I get there and was told my order was skipped over by a pregnant Cashier. I waited another 30 minutes and was told by the manager my food was taken off the rack. Either way the communication wasn't clear and i wasn't feeling an actual sense of care. My food is cold the manager was horrible and they messed up my order by adding onions when i said none please. New manager sucks
