I hate when people give bad reviews to an authentic restaurant. Most authentic restaurants the owners were not born here and they work tirelessly at their craft. Some of the reviews say they never delivered there food, staff was rude, 1st off they don't deliver and they never have, the owners are hard-working people(husband/wife)daughter works there sometimes and they've always been pleasant to me. I avoided this place for many years and I lived in Williamstown my entire life. NOW...I won't order Chinese food from anywhere else (in this town) I'm addicted to the steamed shrimp dumplings. I asked the owner and she makes everything from scratch, wonton, dumplings, etc...the place is always clean and people, it's 2023 the prices went up Everywhere, is it really valid to leave a bad review about pricing? The gall you must have to complain about service at a Take Out Restaurant, to insult immigrants on a platform where they're probably not going retort and ripping small businesses apart because u weren't happy... We need small businesses! I like the mantra, if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.

Parking: There is not a parking lot here but there are spaces in front of the store. It is located on a corner that is a one-way street so there is occasionally a parking spot on that very short street.

The food is amazing but they over charge like crazy…sesame chicken is 13$ just for the chicken if you want to make it a “combo” with rice its $18.whose gonna eat just the sesame, that’s like ordering a mchicken from McDonald’s and then sayjng “the patty is $1.50 but if you want the two pieces of bread it’s an extra $3.00

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but the food here was not good. General tsaos was very plain. And the beef on a stick was undercooked. The only good thing was the staff was friendly.

The food was okay but the people there are always so rude it makes you not wanna go back. I don’t know what their problem is. They literally don’t talk at all and don’t say anything unless you directly ask a question. It’s not a one time thing. I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s been every time. It’s so unprofessional and there’s no reason to treat your paying customers like that.

Disrespectful cashier/ owner. Didn't give me a fork a napkin or a fortune cookie. I had to ask for them. I paid for my food then the disrespect started. The other patron asked for fried rice instead of white she told her she can't do that. The lady said you did it for me twice this week. What's the problem. I will not support her racist behind store ever again.

I've ordered 2 times from this place and both times there has been an issue. I won't order again. (Don't do online ordering). Update to review, they just charged my credit card after I cancelled. Now I have to fight to get my money back.
