I don't live here anymore but always go to John's when I visit. I was a long time and loyal customer when I was living here. I heard it's been sold and I can understand that Sal wants to retire after 40 years. To the new owners, keep the same thing going that kept Sal in business for that long. I just got a cheese steak. They are using whats looks like a French roll with sesame seeds on it. The roll was gross. Not even toasted. The onions weren't cooked all the way and left too large of pieces.

I order from John’s all the time cause they are around the corner from me. But there’s a few times where they forget to bring me everything I order then I gotta wait. I’m sorry if u didn’t bring me my whole order the first time then u need to hurry up and bring it to me. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a soda I ordered. Come on now this is not right.

We used to order Jones quite often and haven’t in a while, simply, because the cost of everything has gone up in price we found a special for John’s pizza two for $26 and change which I thought was great. We were disconnected toward the end of placing our order, accidentally and did not hear the price. We ended up paying $49 and I believe $.47 for two pizzas because of the four toppings, we added and the delivery charge. I was shocked and I will never order there again for this reason and the pizza that I thought used to be very good was just mediocre. I don’t know if they were in a hurry that day because they were busy, so of course one could definitely give it another chance everybody can mess up but the price blew me away. This is just really not something we wanted to pay $50 for pizza. Their toppings are 350 each, which I find appalling and I think that delivery charge bull. Just posted this review, so everybody is very aware of how much the toppings cost .

We had food delivered. The pizza was barely cooked. The cheese on one pizza slid to one side during delivery. The topping on the other pizza was almost non-existent. The cheese on cheese fries was hardly melted. You should be embarrassed that this food left your establishment. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel the need to warn people. Will never order again.
Pizza was misshapen, undercooked, and not sliced. Cheese fired we're undercooked. Will never order from here again

It use to be really good honestly, I ordered on door dash and never got my food, I ordered with slice it was ok. I also would order for pick up. I’m over it, maybe he was a dick because I had Mets hat on who knows… over all still good

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent chicken instead of eggplant and when I called to complain they said they didn’t have eggplant so they sent chicken without calling us or informing us ontop of that they left out an entire calzone from the order and blamed the driver This site says the do vegetarian you would think they would be concerned sending out food that make people sick and when called on it do nothing about it but be unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Booo on you John’s !
