It use to be really good honestly, I ordered on door dash and never got my food, I ordered with slice it was ok. I also would order for pick up. I’m over it, maybe he was a dick because I had Mets hat on who knows… over all still good

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent chicken instead of eggplant and when I called to complain they said they didn’t have eggplant so they sent chicken without calling us or informing us ontop of that they left out an entire calzone from the order and blamed the driver This site says the do vegetarian you would think they would be concerned sending out food that make people sick and when called on it do nothing about it but be unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Booo on you John’s !

They sent Chicken Parm instead of eggplant parm. Never called asked if that was ok. The item was for a vegetarian who is currently throwing up because they ate said chicken. When I called to let the restaurant know the person who answered the phone was rude and said they were out of eggplant and how was she supposed to know we did not eat chicken!!!!! Don’t order from John’s, especially if you are a vegetarian.

Order a sausage pizza and they gave me a pizza that sat for a long time probably a slice pie sitting there and they added sausage and reheated it burning the bottom and the crust you’re shop is horrible will never go there again and I will warn as many more people as I can

Pricey.. Also, the specialty bruschetta pizza is garbage.. expensive and it's just veggies and crust with enough garlic to stink your whole house. What bruschetta pizza doesn't come with cheese? They said cheese has to be requested... WHAT? waste of money.. never again.
Uber eats driver- I assume drivers are coming in without hot bags, sorry but we don’t know what orders we get, but hey at the same time you are right we should bring our hot bags but it’s a way to say things instead of looking disgusted and saying your going to block drivers, etc. you know what you said . Next time at least greet the driver and say it. It’s no need to be nasty, okay. Food smells good but fix your tone John :)

John's used to be our FAVORITE place to order from. Over the last 2 years they have gotten worse and worse. Constantly messing up orders, sending wrong items, over cooked food or not giving what you were charged for. Ordered a cheese steak hoagie tonight, got a plain cheese steak. BLT was overly toasted bread, undercooked bacon that was cooked into a clump in a deep fryer with day old dry tomatoes. Ordered thru the slice app and complained about yet again another wrong order from them, slice reached out to John's and the girl who answers the phone LIED and said the orders were made correctly. When I called and spoke to her she had a different story and tried to offer a remake of only ONE of the incorrect items. After a heated and expletive induced conversation I declined anything else from them and hung up on the rude, lying employee. We spend upwards of $60-$70 every single time we order from them which was used to be every week but changed due to the constant chronic mistakes and yet they STILL can't get anything right. The only good thing about them are their delivery drivers are the only ones able to do their job right!! I highly DO NOT recommend them for anything but a bottle of soda which they also sometimes get wrong. Give people what they are paying for and make it correctly or change your prices. Get NEW Cooks who know what their are doing instead of standing outside smoking or are under the influence of substances and get a new front of house girl who has a clue and doesn't lie!!!!!!

We ordered 2 items, not a large order, and not sure where the big confusion was. 1 chicken cheese steak with American cheese, and there was no cheese (was the driest,most tasteless sandwich ever). Also ordered 1 fried panzarotti with pepperoni. It was baked, not fried, it had ham with pepperoni (no thanks), and had no sauce in it. It was gross. Too much money to be wasted for us. What is the problem here? Person answering the phone writing up orders is incapable? Or the cook cant read? Disappointing.
