Our waitress Evelyn was outstanding. We were a party of nine celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. They paid excellent attention to our table. They paid excellent attention to every detail. The food was outstanding. The ambience was excellent. The salad bar was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about the Library IV. It was my first time ever going. I will absolutely positively go back again.

Great food and service, as always. We don't get here as often as we used to, as we have moved further away. It is still worth the trip for special occasions.

It was our first time in any Library location in a long time. We enjoyed our dinner. We had the calamari which didn't seem homemade and more than lightly breaded, but was very tasty. Our steaks were perfectly cooked however a little bland on flavor. It was a last minute choice for us but worth the visit.

Food at Library IV is better than ever! Our Server, "Evelyn" was totally awesome. Very friendly and personable, answered all of our questions and was right on top of all the little details that turn a good dining experience into a very special and memorable experience. Going back again tonight! Rich St.Maur, Stratford, NJ

The library has its own flavor. The books around the place make it feel more like home. Buffet style salad bar and the beef and tails is a popular meal because you get beef tips and a lobster tail cheaper than if you got the surf and turf. I can also say they don't skimp on the alcahol when they make you a mixed drink. My Margarita cam in a 16oz glass and hit the spot with just 1.

Was alittle dissatisfied with the restaurant, they ran out of 4 different food items that were ordered. But our server Jessie was absolutely one of the best servers I've ever had. So if you go to the library ask for Jessie you will not be disappointed ?

As a lover of all things books, I love the library atmosphere but unfortunately that is all I can say I loved about this location.
Food was edible but not enjoyable. Salad bar was nice and I liked the gloves for cleanliness. The rolls were stale and hard. I wish we could give a review on the soup but we never received it.
My husband had a chicken Monterey which looked frozen with a square slice of cheese in top. I had the steak tips which had me thinking to check for covid after with the lack of taste but no, it was just bland.

I think The Library IV has the best beef in south Jersey. I always get the filet mignon. The salad bar is excellent, with a large variety of choices, dressings and toppings. Some may think it's a bit pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for and The Library is, in my opinion, well worth the price!

Somebody kinda not popular

I decided to spend some gift cards on take-out from here - and given their insane prices I thought this would be some very high quality food. However, I was extremely disappointed. As pictured below, the stuffed mushrooms are....not exactly stuffed. Not only that, but they did not have any sort of seasoning on the mushrooms at all (they were just.....cooked mushrooms with no extra flavor). But hey, I guess the scallops were okay- definitely not $14.99 for what you can see in the image - and if I had actually paid cash for these i'd be demanding a refund- but at least they weren't as bad as the second image. The next part of the meal was a simple cheeseburger -which was cooked fine on it's own- however the Red Onions pictured were....not fine. The moment I opened the contained a harsh smell of something similar to dog's breath and something going rancid wafted all around me. It took a second to figure out which part of the meal smelled so badly - but eventually we found it was the onions. Rather than being firm and crisp - like an onion should be - they were limp, mushy and soft like a worm, and absolutely reeked of, as said before, some kind of rancid dog breath smell. Given how bougie this place is trying to be I figured the food would be portioned small but be delicious - instead it's just...diner quality food (at best), with little care put into preparation and even less into what ingredients are being used.

This was the first time at the Library and it was not a good experience. The waitress wasn't friendly and the food was nasty. There was no seasoning and it was just wet chicken on a plate with crabmeat on the top. The potato was overcooked. The salad bar was fresh and the apple caramel martini was good. I would have made out better just ordering that. I won't be back.
