Always great food at library IV! Love the food. Service seems to keep going down. Time to get your food seems to keep getting longer. Bad trends. Value is pretty good, but if service doesn't improve and if kitchen times don't go down, I'm afraid the restaurant will fall out of favor.
We had a great experience as always with our waitress Evelyn. Our food and drinks were delicious and the service was great. This is our favorite local restaurant. They never disappoint we love it here.
First, we ordered as an appetizer Clams Casino and asked them to be minted… When they arrived half of the 25 were in whole pieces and the other half I could not find any clams at all!!! we then ordered prime rib for three of us. Two of the pieces were very nice big pieces and the one I received was about half the size of theirs. I told our waitress I am the biggest one here and I got the smallest piece of prime rib. Something just doesn’t seem right so she did exchange mine...
