This is neighborhood location. We visit frequently and uts typically friendly service and a clean environment. At times the they are out of nuget sauce or OJ or the order is incorrect or incomplete( last visit-ordered a nugget happy meal, however there were no nuggets when I checked the box). They will correct the issue but I believe if they slowed down and paid attention most issues could be avoided.
Overall it's a good location with friendly staff.

I ordered a McDouble and took a bite. The sandwich seemed mushy, so I opened up the sandwich and saw that one of my patties was raw. I complained to the manager and they gave me a replacement sandwich, but I’m still upset that I was served raw ground beef. I’m going to start going to Burger King.

I usually don't have any issues with this McDonald's location. They are clean, friendly, understanding and efficient. However, the App is problematic... i cannot order my child a cheeseburger happy meal. It only gives you option for 6 and 4 piece nuggets or a hamburger happy meal no cheeseburger option. Some McDonalds look at me like I'm lying so I show them then they change their tune. This location though they usually add it on or just give him a cheeseburger no issues. Some other locations give me a hard time, which is ridiculous its a piece of cheese. I don't mind paying for the slice of cheese, as a cheeseburger happy meal cost lil more than hamburger one anyhow. But they make it so difficult. To be clear this specific location did not guve me a hard time, they took time to look at the app and tell me others have said the same. Unfortunately they don't know how to fix it, you have to deal with the app. Well I've emailed and spoke to store managers because it's an inconvenience, not a huge one but it is when the location makes it one. This location did not again to b clear.
