Mess up orders, mobile orders take too long, close way earlier than what it says on here and also their ice cream machine has been down for over a year. Unbelievable how you can’t fix that and stay open to your scheduled time.

Me and my boyfriend go to this mcdonald’s all the time, we typically do mobile orders and still have to sit and wait for our food for about 30 minutes while the drive through is getting all of their food which is ridiculous. We recently just got food and my boyfriend found hair made into his burger. Which is horrid, another thing is that this mcdonald’s likes to close 1 hour before they actually do. Completely unacceptable, there is no reason to close early just because you wanna. The works are extremely rude and unprofessional and do not deserve a job there. I will not be coming back ever again.

Should really invest in wrong-way spike strips for the illiterates, before they cause an accident...like the obese woman in the rusted out red minivan who almost rammed into me with my child in the car.
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes they will give u a good experience other times you will leave contemplating if you want to go back.

First of all, I’m gonna say this is not McDonald’s that we all know I loved when we were kids ! Birthday party playground ! But not no more ! I believe they’re catering to the adults now because they got rid of all the playgrounds. Didn’t they ever hear of Ronald McDonald house? All the kids loved to go and get a happy meal and then go to the playground. I don’t wanna hear about the pandemic is over with and done! Can’t even say the customer service is outstanding because you can’t everything done on a cash app, so what if you don’t have an app I don’t know how to work the board or it’s not working! Then you’re standing at a counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and help you and take your order then I find myself apologizing that I don’t have an app and I don’t know how to work it it’s horrible what happened to McDonald’s? The atmosphere is everybody’s frustrated because they’re waiting in line too long for an order or the menu board doesn’t work. Very frustrating. What were they thinking?

Looked at your hours here on Google, was excited to see it said your drive thru was still open until 1AM as I had just gotten done bartending late and wanted to get McDonald's. However I pull up at 12:10 and find the store closed. Make sure your hours are correct on Google so people don't waste time driving to your restaurant!
