I absolutely love Papa Johns pizza. But this has got to be the worst chain. Everytime I get delivery either through papa or secondary it’s always wrong! They constantly forget the extra garlic sauces that I paid for and they ALWAYS forget the icing for the Oreo bites! And don’t blame it on uber eats! It’s on this franchise! Pick it up in person or don’t order at all.

Worst customer service ever. Order was wrong and instead of them fixing it they were giving me attitude. Wanted me to make a whole new order. Also employee was washing hand n face/ mouth right in the back

I haven't eaten Papa John's pizza for several years. I remember it was about ten years ago when I lived in Brooklyn. I would always order Papa John's pizza and could eat four slices at a time. After that, as I grew up and moved to another state, I never ordered Papa John's pizza again. Now I work in New Jersey, and there is a Papa John's not far from me. However, after reading the reviews, many of them were negative. Then I saw friends recommended that Domino's pizza was quite delicious. So I ordered Domino's before, gave it a try, and found that the price was nice and it tasted good too. Since I prefer New York style pizza, once I made a mistake and ordered the one with a very thick crust, which I really didn't like. Today, I ordered Papa John's pizza nearby to give it a try, and it turned out to be really delicious. I don't know why so many people gave it negative reviews, but I think it's really great.

So freaking horrible i ordered wings celery ranch bogo pizza and all i wanted was plain cheese pizzas i paid for a garlic sauce i didn't receive.

Let me start by saying I’ve worked at two different pizza places while in high school. Calling this store to place an order was the most complicated process for anything I’ve ever done. Talking to a robot asking me for my info before connecting me to an employee who then answers the phone and just starts listing out different deals/offers. First I had to wait for menu option 3 to be read, then they asked for carry out or delivery, after the robot couldn’t process I was saying carry out for the 7th time, I finally got through to the next part of my name and number, then they finally transferred me to an actual human being. The employee then just started listing deals to me right off the bat. I understand it’s the corporate aspect of the company that’s making these decisions and making their employees rattle off deals instead of just asking for the costumer’s order, so I don’t blame them. I was trying to order a pizza, not do calculus.

Ordered the Shaq a roni. Definitely not as described. Also got the jalapeño papa bites, and it was like a Stromboli. 😡 Very disappointed.

I recently decided to give Papa John’s another try after my previous disappointing experience. While I noticed some improvements, I still have serious concerns regarding hygiene and overall organization at this location.

Last time, I observed employees touching various surfaces like counters, cash registers, and their phones without washing their hands before preparing food. This was very concerning. Although there was some improvement this time, hand hygiene remains an issue. Despite having five employees working in the store, there was a lot of disorganization, and my order wasn’t ready on time. Additionally, the limited seating was problematic, as there was only one bench available for customers waiting to pick up their orders.

Overall, I believe there’s still a significant need for improvement in both cleanliness and store organization to ensure a better customer experience. I hope this feedback helps in making necessary changes.

Is it just me or has the quality been going down even more at this location in the past few months? Nice people...just the quality of pizza, service and organization has gone down? Something just looks off with the cheese with my pizza tonight, there always seems to be very little toppings, and it's not always ready when it's supposed to be (if you order online).

First time to this franchise; it was the worse pizza we have ever order and there have been many. Ordered from a papa John's in Cumberland County and it was very good; even Domino's on the Blackhorse Pike is substantially better than this garbage; would have been better with DiGiorgno. Lack of a decent amount of toppings and the pizza crust was lacking. This franchise need to step it's game up. Money is to tight for subpar goods.

Papa John’s pizza is usually pretty decent, but I’ve tried this location twice and I’m fairly certain the box and crust are made from the same cardboard.
