I placed and online order and if you have the app you can track your order my eta change literally 4 time so I call the store for the Manger to tell me wait another 10 minutes and by the time I hung up the eta had changed again.....done with this

I order my food, driver came and only had pizza. I called the number and it’s a third party who answers and then connects you to the store. Man answer had me on hold for 6 minutes, as I drove there on hold and the man outside smoking weed. Finally got the rest of my food. Never

I ordered 2 papadias one was with pineapples and spinach the other was banana peppers and onions instead I got pineapple with onions and spinach with banana peppers when I explained to the store what happened they acted like I shouldn’t be upset and offered a discount off the next time I order? I don’t want to order again after that experience I should be refunded the whole amount considering I didn’t get anything I ordered correct. Horrible food. Horrible customer service.

I called from a gas station for the Shaq-A-Roni Pizza! It was my first-time having Papa's John's Pizza. Well my wife loved it. It was good but it was NOT HOT. I like my Pizza hot but not cool. I called at 7:48 I was told 10or 15 minutes well it took longer. The place needed to be cleaned the floor was gross.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I keep trying to give them a shot and I've learned my lesson. It doesn't matter if you order it for carry out or delivery, they don't seem to know how to get it right. We were missing our soda on various delivery orders. Don't bother to call because they don't pick up the phone due to being severely under staffed. On one occasion, the only employee at the store didn't even know how to ring me up. She had to call the manager to give her instructions. I've placed complaints before through the website and never received a response. Don't waste your time and order from better pizza places around who care about customer service.

This store is failing. The last two orders I placed on the website for delivery were canceled with no explanation, phone call or anything. The last order I actually did receive took almost 2 hours and was cold by the time I got it. 5 years ago this store was great but something happened here and it is terribly run now. If you want fast food pizza go up the road to Domino's, it has always been fast, hot and with excellent customer service for me.

Do not order from this papa john’s. Not only is the food just absolutely terrible, it made my friend and I sick. Even tried to call and speak with a manager the following afternoon but was directed to voicemail instead and never got a call back. I’ll be ordering dominos from now on…
This is the worst place to order pizza from. They don't have no customer skill. They are very nasty, can't even make your pizza right. They also don't wear any gloves to make your pizza after they went out there and smoke. This place need to be inspected and shut down. Don't ever buy pizza from this place again.

I would rate worse if I could. This Papa Johns makes me hate the franchise. Papa Johns isn’t exactly high dining, but this Papa Johns is worse than the worst rest stop fast food. I have mistakenly ordered from this establishment more than once, and somehow I receive worse service each time.I’ve had to pick up my delivery order at least 3 times from this restaurant. That is an outrageous amount of times for there to be a delivery mistake, not to mention my food is always messed up, cold, or missing an item.People throw around the term, “The worst restaurant I’ve ever been too.”, but this is actually it.
