Philly Pretzel Factory

Place is clean. People are nice but cmon folks. 3/4 of the time the insides of these pretzels taste like raw dough. On lucky days they are cooked thoroughly. Today they are bad.

Needs to open earlier for those of us risers in transportation

To me the STARS indicate 1 for bad, 2 for OK,
3 for good, 4 for great, 5 for fantastic.
First time here, I gave 3 stars because I expected my order would be made fresh upon ordered..
The pork roll and cheese was 3.99 and WAY smaller than expected, and the pretzel was hard as a rock. The cup of mini cheesesteak pretzels only had four in the cup, but if you look at the picture online, it’s advertised way different. They were also premade, not sure how long sitting in the window, but they were both the last ones
And they were extremely soggy.
We also ordered 10 pretzels, which were also premade sitting under a heat lamp, but they were good.
I will go again only IF they make FRESH upon my arrival.

The pretzels here are very good and I've been coming here for a while so that gets five stars, the only reason I give this place four stars it's because though they wear gloves they use the same glove to reach into the cash register and and money and then back to the pretzels which defeats the purpose I've been in there quite a few times and they've done this I try not to buy when I see it happening they need to wash their hands and use fresh gloves or have someone else pick out the pretzels or something and definitely not use the same glove that is in the cash register

Best pretzels in New Jersey. I got a party platter for a benefit. It looks so nice and pretzels are the best. Very reasonable with dipping

Williamstown Pretzel Factory is the Best!

Everyone here is so kind and friendly! Made me feel like I was apart of the team. The sausage pretzels are great!!! Mix it with honey mustard, super spicy and the cheese! ?? great ppl, great service, great Philly pretzels!

Pretzels weren't hot and the cheesesteak pretzels were burnt on the bottom. First and last time I shop here.
