My friend and I (both 23) came here on a slow Sunday night while I visited (graduated here but moved afterwards), my friend has lived here her whole life and has been here many times with groups of friends with no issue.

We came in, sat at the bar, asked for the draft list and the bartender asked for our ids, then our credit cards immediately to cross reference (I’m thinking ok fine a little weird because that’s usually only in high volume establishments but we have nothing to hide so whatever) the bartender LEAVES goes somewhere for >10mins but <5mins WITH OUR IDS AND CARDS (we could no longer see him). He comes back and asks her if she has a passport, she doesn’t. He interrogated us whether or not HER ID was fake (it wasn’t she’s actually 23 and has been there many times). We leave annoyed because how do you deny someone without proving the ID is fake?? (I work at a restaurant and am RAMP certified).

TWO DAYS LATER THIS BARTENDER (JOSEPH OWENS) REQUESTS MY FRIEND HE DENIED ON FACEBOOK— HE LOOKED HER UP BY USING THE INFORMATION ON HER ID THAT HE WAS INSPECTING FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. Creepy, god complex.

Just left there about 15 minutes ago my wife and I walked in the sign said please wait to be seated stood there for 15 minutes hostess was no where to be seen wait staff just walking by looking at us did not say one word to us or anyone very disappointed.

My wife and I have visited this bar 3 or 4 times this past year, enjoying their drinks and atmosphere.

During our most recent visit, we were brought inside to choose a place to sit—I told the staff that we were going to dine outside, as that was our usual spot. After waiting patiently (around 10 minutes) for our waitress or anyone else to take our order, I went back inside and let them know that we've been sitting outside for quite a while and were ready to order our food. After another 10-15 minutes of no service, my wife and I ultimately decided to leave the restaurant and go eat somewhere else. Before leaving, I informed the waitresses by the kitchen doors that nobody came to service us after explicitly telling them we were waiting outside for anyone (at that point) to take our order, and we've decided to leave. They all gave us a dumbfounded stare and one of them stuttered right before I turned around and left the building.

As much as we both enjoyed dining and drinking here, that one negative and ignorant experience soured my perception of this place. We've never had this happen to us at a restaurant, ever.

I go to this bar A LOT! never had one bad thing to say! bartenders are amazing and sweet and food is good! BUT I WILL SAY, the fact they let GROWN ADULTS leave their child or grandchild who couldn’t be more than 7 or 8, is out here with all these different adults EXCEPT FOR HIS PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS. left him with a tablet and a phone… he’s all alone. some people would think “well it’s not their fault, it’s the parents”… yes. BUT also, you shouldn’t allow this in a BAR. so unprofessional and it ruins it for adults who want to act like adults… i feel bad for the kid. maybe you shouldn’t allow this as a business & tell your customers that’s not okay, let alone you should be careful with how this child will get home SAFELY!

i called to explain how i was just worried and wanted to make sure everything was okay for the child. asked for a manager, the lady on the phone was RUDE, basically wouldn’t let me speak or hear me out… wouldn’t put a manager on the phone & if it was the manager… WOW TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS. i was just concerned. told me “they are with the child and have been with him the whole time” i said i was just there for 2 hours, not ONE PERSON was with that child and you can check your cameras. she kept going telling me how you can’t tell people how to parent, explained how she just called an uber for someone last night (okay i didn’t ask, i called ab a child) and she basically made it out like what i saw wasn’t true or what i heard from people who go there daily say was wrong… well in someone’s right mind, especially as an employee you want to make sure everyone is okay and safe ESPECIALLY A CHILD… you don’t have a child at a bar ALONE BY HIMSELF at any time at a business… the way the women was on the phone and how her lack about really anything i had to say, was honestly scary bc of how this world is anymore… terrible terrible phone etiquette and no care for anyone… this is disgusting & the women on the phone should’ve controlled her attitude more…

The live band was so good!!

It could be a really nice spot but they need more servers. We waited a while for our drinks because we weren't sitting at the bar. We ordered some food and it all came at different times. It was just bar food. Nothing spectacular but it took a really long time for it to come out. One person at our table never received their food.

The drinks were weak. I might even go as far to say that there wasn't any alcohol in the drinks. Definitely not good.

I would definitely go back again to listen to the band and dance. It was the highlight of the evening.

I never got to taste my food because the waiter forgot my order twice. I waited 1.5 hrs and still nothing. My entire table got food and cocktails but not me. Feels mildy racist. The live music was great though.

My boyfriend and I go there regularly and service is always slow, unless we are being served by Griffin. He is extremely attentive to his patrons and very friendly. He knows how to keep his customers coming back, and because of him, we will always come back to enjoy the food. The grilled wings are to die for! I'm unsure why they aren't allowed during Sunday happy hours, it's healthier and tastes better. For our inconvenience of waiting for 15 - 25 min before we were served, Griffin suddenly walks in and our night shifted because he approved the grilled wings for us. We were grateful because we were about to leave, never having the chance to order...along with another guy who had been there long before us and was only served one beer (it was his first time and he was extremely dissatisfied). If you go, make sure Griffin is working the bar and he will take care of you, no doubt.

Some of the best food I have had in a while and great prices! Hostess was so nice, server was nice, employees looked happy to work there. Live band was a nice touch to enjoy our dinner with. Will definitely be back!
