I just paid $12 for some jerky tenders, these must have been under a heat lamp for several hours. how do I get a refund
Though the place is bright and clean, the chicken is dry and seems to have been out all day. No flavor. The biscuit was dry and hard, and the Mac and cheese needed seasoning. Didn't even finish. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering 😕

every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30
Door dashed... very confident it was day old left overs from

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload
If you’re ordering through Uber eats or the like, be aware this is attached to a 7-11, aka you’re getting basically 7-11 food. Had I known that, I’d never have ordered. Chicken burrito? They used sausage. My hash brown for my toddler (basic reason I ordered at all), left out. Biscuits and gravy smothered in gravy, to hide a chewy probably not fresh biscuit. Had I known this was 7-11 sandwiches, I’d never have gone near it. Kind of misleading, but maybe I should have googled beforehand. Like someone said, ghost kitchen.

Nice people but one of the worst food I have ever eaten. The place and bathroom is also filthy so it’s not worth going there unless you’re desperate to make a pit stop.

Beware: Raise The Roost is a Ghost Kitchen concept by 7-Eleven. You are literally buying 7-Eleven food.

Soooo this is the only freaking truck stop in the area. The people here are really nice so please be nice to them. Appreciate the fact they have this place in a place where the other business could care less about drivers. It's only 5 spots by the pumps. Not including the curve spots. Just don't park at a pump or in the way. Box trucks come in around 4am and they ve moving.
