Quite literally can’t even take an order from the app and make it correctly. I have been ordering the same customized drink for over 7 years from Starbucks all over the world. I had this Starbucks remake my drink and they still messed it up. How hard is it to follow directions and make coffee. Especially when it costs $9….. insanity.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming—not too crowded, with comfortable seating and tables inside, and plenty of space to relax outside as well. The staff is always polite and clearly knows what they’re doing. Great spot to work, read, or just enjoy your coffee in peace.

I thought at first it was my crappy luck that they had the ingredients to make Zero sandwiches. Or half of the other menu offerings. My daughter's drink needed a substitute milk as well.
But then they made the order and left it on the counter. It was kinda busy. No name asked. No name called. I'm not sure how long it was waiting for us.
Its been open awhile now. Just poor excuse of a Starbucks.
